Service in Sales was OUTSTANDING!!! Kim Swinford went out of way to explain everything about the 2021 Jeep I purchased. He is also a outstanding sales person and Lithia is very lucky to have him. Doug was beyond amazing! Kim, the salesman that helped Doug and Larry, the finance manager were just delightful to work with. Amanda was a doll, and came in to make sure that I was comfortable and made sure that I didn't need anything while I was waiting for Larry. They were very busy the day I was there.
