Great customer service, we felt like family!

We had a great experience at your dealership solely because of Kim and Chris. They made sure our family was well taken care of by having our truck ready on time, fully gassed up and cleaned up, paperwork ready to go as we agreed upon, offering of snacks, and the bonus was the time spent together in conversation with both of them. Our entire experience was smooth and timely and we truly appreciate all the hard work behind the scenes on their part. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thanks again Kim and Chris!

Great Custom Service

Service in Sales was OUTSTANDING!!! Kim Swinford went out of way to explain everything about the 2021 Jeep I purchased. He is also a outstanding sales person and Lithia is very lucky to have him. I also want to add Shaun Penny was the first person that helped us. I hadn't decided yet on the vehicle I wanted. I came in looking at the 2021 Jeep Willies and decided it was not what I was really looking for. We thanked him and was ready to leave the show room. He made sure if I came back and when he was gone, Kim would be available to assist me. Before I came back in I called to see if Kim was in. I test drove a Latitude that had the small engine and decided I needed more power. That's when I test drove the 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude LX and loved it. Thank You Lithia. You have 2 outstanding employees... More business need employees like this..

Doug was beyond amazing! Kim, the salesman that helped...

Doug was beyond amazing! Kim, the salesman that helped Doug and Larry, the finance manager were just delightful to work with. Amanda was a doll, and came in to make sure that I was comfortable and made sure that I didn't need anything while I was waiting for Larry. They were very busy the day I was there. Best dealership in Roseburg!

Lifetime oil changes

Prompt courteous service was provided by a phone call. They were happy to remind me of my day and time of appointment. Waiting room was clean and spacious with complimentary coffee.

Great service

Great communication and understanding prior to responding to the dealership. They both did everything they could to get me where I wanted to be. When at the dealership, made me feel comfortable, they were very kind and I loved all the laughs. Could not have asked for a better experience.

2021 2500 dodge ram sales from lithia dodge of ros

The sales staff aswell as the finance department were very willing to work with my crazy schedule. They were very good about giving me what I was asking for my trade in and helped me as much as they could to give me discounts for all the upgrades and also with my warrantys.
