Best dealership experience.They go the extra mile

My salesmen was amazing. Not pushy at all just let me tell him what I wanted/needed in my new car and he found it. The finance manager worked very hard to get me in my new car.I will go there again and will tell everyone to go there.

I initiated an inquiry for two trucks online and included a GM discount code. I called a couple days later to speak to someone. I mentioned that I included an employee discount code online. I received a quote based on that discount. I went to the dealership that night and received all the pricing and financing information. I purchased it that night based on the price. I opted for the rustproofing. I returned two days later to pick up the truck. In finishing up the paperwork I was asked for the code. It turns out my code was was for supplier pricing not employee pricing. I did not know there was a difference. It amounted to an additional $2000. Now, I did not use the correct terminology. The dealership however, did not ask for the number as we discussed pricing the previous visit. I did not intentionally mislead them and I don?t believe they did anything intentional either. It was just two mistakes. Had I known that the truck was $2000 more initially I would not have purchased it. Since the vehicle was already registered and rustproofed, I proposed to split the $2000 as I believed we both had some culpability in the mistake. They said no as they could not sell it below the supplier pricing. I then prosed they pay for the rustproofing and I would pay the full $2000. Again, they said no. At that point I asked for my deposit back and left. I brought another couple with us as they were interested in a vehicle. We stopped at a restaurant on the way home and I was so mad I couldn?t eat. About half way through the meal the sales manager called and apologized. He said they would split the difference. I left the restaurant and finished the transaction. I told him all I wanted was a fair resolution. The night I picked up the truck I showed a friend at home. One of the ?keys? did not work. I assumed the battery was bad. I soon got a call from the dealership. I had someone else?s key and they had mine. Yes, just a mistake. I had to go 10 miles to a UPS location to send them back. All in all, just a series of missteps, some mine and some theirs. Nothing intentional. Just an unpleasant transaction.

Customer Service? Not today at Sharon Chevrolet

I just drove 32 miles to look at a 2023 Corvette Convertible. I went there to possibly negotiate a deal. I was there gauking at the car, and not one time did any of the salesperson's come and ask the all important question..."May I help you". At least 3 employees were in their office talking to each other in full view of me looking at the car. Little did they know, that I would have been in a position to pay cash for the car.

Ended up getting a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado.

Caleb Lofstrom and everyone else was not pushy when trying to put us into a truck .And Garth explained everything to us when it came to financing it.We are very pleased with our new truck.Great first experience with Sharon Chevrolet. New Truck 2500 HD Custom

Purchased new truck. Sales staff friendly. Found truck I was looking for. Had to wait awhile. Normal. When Truck came in. They called. Went in finalized purchase. Had new running boards installed. Rust protection. Picked up truck a couple of days later.Gave me a full tank of Gas!.
