Great experience
We had a terrific experience purchasing a vehicle from Kaysler Chrysler in Sauk City. I dealt with James over the phone and he was very courteous and not pushy at all. He was not going to be available the day we were going to the dealership to test drive the vehicle so he put me in touch with Dante who was just as pleasant and good to deal with. Steve in the financial department was just as good as the salesman. Overall great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Not good!
Not good! Sold the car to someone else after I told them I was interested and would come back Saturday to finalize deal. I messaged sales man who told me I was supposed to text or call him at a certain number?? Oh well.

I had my car serviced at Sauk City Chrysler and they made more problems and could not fix. After 6 months of follow up and adding parts that did not work, I had to trade in the car. the service staff is very inexperienced and needs a lot of training. Their employees are quitting and being replaced by inexperienced people. And don't ask about getting a call back......... it does not exist. (except Zech, he replied after I had to stop by and get an answer)

Knowledge is key
Stay away from Meineke. Kayser has fixed Meinekes worthless brake work. Getting $500 off because brakes are under warranty and Kaysers prices are still better, makes Meineke's brake warranty worthless. If Meineke recommends you need tires, I recommend Kayser because truth is you may find out you don't even need tires. If so, you'll be surprised what a better price Kayser is compared to Meineke. If Meineke says you need a full brake replacement, I highly recommend you have Kayser inspect it. With someone knowledgeable and honest you'll find out you only need about 1/2 what was quoted at Meineke. You'll go WHAT, when you hear you (don't) need 2 pistons, 2 pads, and a rotor replaced. Even if you did the price was less than Meinekee, but now the price just dropped lower. You have to wonder is this supposed brake expert (Meinekee) a crook or are they hiring youtube trained employees. I know Kayser has Grade A employees and Knowledge worth paying for. So I highly recommend it if you want your car fixed correctly.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT
We had to have our Chrysler Town and Country 2015 service after 5 months of ownership, we drove from Janeville after my husbands 12 hour 3rd shift and dropping our daughter off at school we had our two year old with us. We got to the service department at 9:20am with appointment being at 10:00, we asked if they could fit us in any sooner due to our situation, they told us they would get us in ASAP so we walked down the road to a little store and to get something to eat with our 2 year old in 20degree weather. At 11:30 we walked back to check the status of our car which was sitting outside, thinking it was done and just in time for our toddlers nap we hopped in while my husband went to go get the keys. To our irritation our van had not even been brought back and it was an hour and a half past our appointment time!!! The service manager Matt said we were the next vehicle but couldn’t give even give us a time!! He also said if it is the thermostat it would take another hour to fix, of course now being extremely skeptical of the time and it already being 12pm we were unable to wait because we had our other child to pick up from school and an hour drive home. We asked if they had a loaner, of course they did not! We expressed our anger at the situation and the loss of gas and time. Not to mention, no closer to getting our van fixed with the check engine light on!! He had no solution to offer or anything to alleviate the situation. Though I liked the dealer, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! If you want to wait all day, have appointments times largely ignored and be treated like you are completely irrelevant this is the place for you! Otherwise please go somewhere they respect you!
