"Advisor" "advises" that your car needs services that they have already performed a few months back. For example change of drivertrain fluid, when it was performed, I was told its once a lifetime thing. Now at last appnt 10K miles later, they again "advised" that my car would benefit from change of drivetrain fluids. They also advised that my car needs new spark plugs, the spark plugs were changed 15K miles back!! This causes the cost of maintenance to go up dramatically. Further, they offer financing of service cost--- at 38% APR!!! That's in the fine print, if you bother to read it, and is a lot higher than credit cards. And here I thought, credit card companies were thieves. I don't expect these tactics from a Lexus dealer. These are tricks belonging to neighborhood used car lots. Its pathetic & takes my confidence away from Lexus. I have 2 Lexus's in my household. I was looking for a third, but after this experience, another Lexus is a strict no.

Jackson, Adam, Melisa, and the info tech Guy was great! Buying my 2020 RX 350, was hassle free with the Lexus Team. My purchase was online basically. I believed i received a good price on the SUV. I will do it again, if the right vehicle comes up.

Your prices for the RX 350 posted as MSRP are higher than the Price listed on the the window sticker of the same vehicle,so you are charging over MSRP and inflating your prices. Check your website
Hi, we think there may be some confusion on where you are looking on the window sticker. At the top of our window stickers is a general base model price. That price is followed by any equipment that has been added to the individual vehicle. The cost of each addition is shown to the right of it for reference. At the bottom you will see the total MSRP of the vehicle you're interested in. For example, a 2022 ES 250 on our lot (stock #NU008458) shows a base model price of $40,800.00 for a 2022 ES 250. This particular vehicle has several upgrades, including a navigation package and premium package. The cost of all the additions is shown followed by the final MSRP total of $49,120.00. False advertisement! Test driving done after confirming availability of an RX. Disappointed with Dennis M and manager Kate P after learning that they will not honor price as advertised. Photos of online price with same stock and VIN of vehicle shown to both. Was offered a different vehicle instead. They lost my business. Dealt with 2 great people here before; Larry L and Linda S here 2 years ago but they are no longer with them. Very disappointed!

Mario - please accept our sincere apologies for this error. As mentioned by our general manager when she spoke with you on Saturday, this was a vehicle that was brand new to our inventory and an error was made when it was added to our system. We strive to prevent any human errors, but they do occasionally occur. The MSRP was correct on the window sticker, which is available for every vehicle on our website, and on the vehicle itself. Our journey at Meade Lexus of Lakeside began several years ago, when we acquired an older model Lexus that we began to bring into the service department for oil changes and other things that needed to be done. Our overwhelmingly positive, friendly experience with the service team staff is what brought us in as new customers when it was time to upgrade our vehicle. From the very beginning, Ron was very understanding of our needs and had the perfect recommendation for our family. He continued to go above and beyond in order to ensure that we were able to walk out with the keys to our new Lexus. In addition to Ron's friendliness and expertise, we were assisted by Kate, who managed to get us a great deal on our vehicle. Matt and Aaron were wonderful to work with as well, and left no stone unturned and no question unanswered when it came to the financing, services, and features our car came with. Disappointed by this dealership service department. Took our car here to have them diagnose a suspension shimmy coming from the rear of the car as well as a liftgate intermittent issue with it not opening/closing under power. They visually inspected both and told us there was no issue. My wife took the car for a drive with them and pointed out the suspension issue, which they acknowledged. Their explanation was that the car is older and all older cars have shimmy's. This is a 9 year old 2011 RX 350 with 134,000 miles. After discussing this further, they insisted that visual inspection is the only method they have to diagnose issues like this. This is far below my level of expectation for a dealerships capabilities. I also refuse to believe that Lexus owners just have to accept severe degradation of suspension quality as their vehicles age past 100,000 miles. Won't be going back here. My local small shop can diagnose things visually. Was hoping for more from Lexus. Disappointed.
