Jim took care of me, answered all of the questions I had, took pictures, and was very upfront with known issues around the vehicle and its history (stuff that typically a dealership would try to hide). That gave me a lot of confidence that they're working to get a long term relationship with customers as opposed to a quick buck at any cost. Negotiation was easy and fair, and I would highly recommend them for those looking for a dealership that would take care of your interests.
