Excellent

Service department and it’s people are pleasant, quick acting and helpful. I have used this dealership for purchasing and servicing my two autos. I have never been disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a wonderful car buying experience with the help of Paul, Pete and Jason. I found them to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. The process was quick and painless and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else. BE ONE!!!

Sold a lemon and left to handle it on my own. Dishonest deal

I bought a brand new 2018 ford fushion from nemer ford of queensbury. I had to bring my car in three times because it kept saying engine coolant over temperature. I ended up needing a new engine on a brand new car. I get the new engine and it's doing the same thing. Everyone at the dealership is trying to pass the buck to someone else. I was told I would be given a new car. Now they switch the story and try and get me to run my credit again to purchase a new car. They are crooks. I pay over 400 a month for this brand new car that's a lemon. Don't buy cars from Nemer ford of Queensbury. They sell you a car and then don't care what happens after. I called the Ford Regional manager and put in a complaint and filed a claim. I was instructed to bring the car back to the dealership to be looked at again while the regional.manager conducted a review. When I did the manager of nemer ford requested an apology for me writing a review and being upset with his staff. When I told him he wouldn't get one because I'm the one who deserves an apology he told me then he won't work on my car. I left my car there because I was told to do so by the regional manager. When I came back to pick it up I asked for all the work orders that have been done on the car and the sales information on it. The manager Rick who previously asked for the apology yelled at me and told me I'm not welcomed there and to get my car and get off the property. He would not give me the information I'm entitled to have on my car. They sold me a lemon and don't intend on fixing my car or replacing it and will not work on it because I gave them a bad review

Good service

The service department does a very detailed diagnosis and was able to get to the bottom of an unusual situation Up and running great job.

from day 1

day 1 we left a deposit/down payment, we did all the ppk only to have to return 2 days later because they never took our deposit from the total payments. then we were promised a bed liner and arrived on a saturday to have it installed. no bed liner and no call advising us it never cam in !!!! it only takes us 45 minutes to get to your dealership. 2 months later we got a bed liner installed from a location in valley stream long island that Nemer set up but when i got there they had no idea!!!!!!!!!!!! then gps had to be changed and is still acting up. seat is ripping at the seams drivers side i was told i have to leave the truck for 3 days with no loaner vehicle. drivers side seatbelt does not retract all the time and gets stuck in the door . passenger mirror has spots or pitting and Ford said it was something that splattered on it??? if that was the case i think the paint would be pitting as well?

Best Body Shop

Hands down the best Body Shop in the area. The painters and body man have all been there over 20 years each, and the Body Shop Manager Steve has been there for 36 years. They deliver a quality product with a lifetime warranty, and I have referred many friends and family members here. Professionalism and quality customer service are second to none.
