We recently purchased a vehicle from Bell Ford, Our experience with them were exceptional. No pressure, very professional, and service oriented. The three individuals that were involved with our purchase were Mason, Rich, and Mike. I strongly recommend Bell Ford to anyone. Dick L

Courtesy, Communication and Respect

I had been looking for a used pickup truck and found one that I was interested in on the Bell Motors website (5/17/20). I called the dealership on Monday, 5/18/20 and spoke with a salesperson, Katie. I explained the truck that I was interested in and had seen on their website. I was informed, by Katie, that the truck was not ready for sale as it had not had a safety inspection nor had it been prepped for the lot. Katie took my number and "assured" me that she would call me when the truck was finished and we would set up an appointment at that time. I was in the area, on Tuesday, 5/19/20, and decided I would stop at Bell Motors to see if the truck was near completion. When I arrived, the truck was sitting alongside of the building, so I assumed that the inspection and prep work were completed. When I spoke with Katie, asking if I could now look at the truck, she informed me that it had "just" been sold! Needless to say, I was very upset, not only about the truck being sold, but also with the fact that Katie had given me her word that she would call me when the truck was finished and we'd set up an appointment. It was a simple "call" to me, that I was depending on. Is this how Katie and Bell Motors conduct their business, communication and respect for customers? I will not be back!!!

More trustworthy than other dealership

When we need repairs to our car we trust Bell Ford more than any other dealership around. We always take our cars there and the do the repairs right, and do not try to get us to fix anything that doesn't need fixing. Best experiences, buying and service.

Low ball your trade in

Tried twice to purchase a vehicle here. All they want is your money. They failed to even call me back after my inquiry.I will never shop here again.

2017 ford escape

Bell Ford dealership has always been friendly and very helpful with any questions . Nolan and his staff have been excellent to us. Kyle our salesman very pleasant, helpful and was never pushy to us. Kyle Explained everything very well to us and we know if we have any questions , he would be very glad to answer them for us. Justin in the service department and his staff are also a fantastic crew. We feel very confident the service repair will be done right. The entire staff at Bell Ford are friendly. We would never hesitate to recommend this dealership.

was looking for a car and bought one

was very pleased with the staff at Bell everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products we bought a new car because of staff making you feel very welcome was impresses with the owner coming out to welcome us. we will be a return customer and will recommend to family and friends.

Treat you right

This dealership takes great care of you. They treat you like family and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process of making the right vehicle investment for you. Rich is super cool and easy to talk to. If you want fair and quality service go with these guys.

Great Buying Experience

I ended up at Bell Ford because they had the car I was looking for - 2017 Shelby GT350. The pricing was VERY competitive and the purchase was straight forward and enjoyable. Since I live a 100 miles from Bell Ford, they would never have been my first pick in dealerships. But, they're my first pick, now. They're top notch in every respect. If you're looking for a dealer that will treat you like a friend, go to Bell Ford.
