April 29 2021 brought my truck in for service for the same small vibration while driving. S&B Technician couldn't find the problem that caused the vibration. I had also asked about a small chip I had found in the windshield. But in their report back to me it states “Take out drive shaft-body joints – fluids good no TSB or updates.” The problem is the mileage in (67952) was the same as mileage out (67952) in other word the truck had not been taking for a ride because of no mileage change likewise I don’t recall the driveshaft being removed on that day I wasn’t there long enough? Likewise when I asked for a print-out of my report on 11-2-21 regarding this visited S&B & Zurich decided to close out that claim while claiming: “Customer Never Contacted Zurich.” So they closed the claim #328436” According to Graig Bierlein 11-2-21 So however I had contact the man called Don The Glass Guy at ph# 577-0793, probably May 2 or 3, 2021. He repaired what he could but left some of it because the chip had been in Windshield so long it had gotten dirt into the crack and it couldn’t be removed! I expect the chip was there when we bought the truck and we just didn’t see it because in was far over to passenger side of truck near the bottom of windshield. Point of all of this information: It appears that S&B just changes the paper work to whatever they feel like!

The guys are friendly, they explained everything to me, gave me advice, told me what I had coming in the future. Did not treat me like a dumb woman. I feel they are beyond Honest and that means so much to a single woman. Showed me everything as they went along. They were overall Friendly and Honest. I left feeling I had family looking after me.

Alex is a great salesman. We have purchased numerous vehicles from this dealership. Matt in the service department is always friendly and helpful. Parts department always very helpful also. The receptionist is very friendly! Kyle needs to watch what he is saying you never know when a customer is able to here your conversation and use of inappropriate language—FYI . After many years only one time of disappoint with the staff
