Best Jeep Dealership I have ever found!

Lambert's is without a doubt the best auto dealership I have ever done business with. They are always accomodating and have many times gone out of their way to help with emergency repairs. When we have a Jeep problem we know it can be handled by Lambert's. All of the staff are helpful and friendly as well as the owner who works right beside his staff. excellent service with a smile!!

The service was above and beyond. Phil is a very personable man and his work is superb. Jay is the service advisor and he was pleasant and being the first person you see, he is perfect for this position. Deanna is the financial/insurance advisor and she was a delight to visit with. Mark is our salesman and he is a pleasure to deal with. KUDOS to John Lambert, proprietor, who is always visible!! What a beautiful facility and great staff, John.

NEEDED A KEY

HELLO I HAD PURCHASED AN AUTO EALSE WHERE BUT NEEDED TO GET A SECOND KEY MADE, HERE AT LAMBERTS I WAS TREATED LIKE ONE OF THERE OWN AND WILL GO THERE WHEN I DECIDE TO TRADE IN MY JEEP, AND CONTINUE WITH THERE SERVICE. JESS

Routine Oil change/rotate tires

This would be my second trip to Lamberts for oil change. This time the tires were rotated as well. I continue to be happy with the service that I receive with no surprise charges.

Excellent service!

I was very pleased with my recent service at Lamberts. I called up in a major pinch with a broken brake line a pretty serious problem brakes are needed! I appreciated being able to come down right away and drop my truck off to be fixed. While the truck was in the shop they found a couple other issues that needed attention, called me, explained the issues clearly and I gave the ok to fix the other two problems while it was there. The entire parts and service team went above and beyond to make my truck safe for me and my family and fixed it up right. Thank you very much!

Very Helpful

Jerry is a pleasant sight on special event days! Used lot does not have a huge selection of vehicles in class we were looking for. Some features of vehicles not known how to be operated by multiple salesmen, only after looking at manual. Service department removed parts without making sure replacements were in stock.
