I had a wonderful experience at Marc Motors after my Fiat's dashboard flashed "Key Fob is low on battery". I just happened to be near Marc Motors and trusted them because of past experience. I parked and suddenly Cassandra appeared with a smile and offering help. She listened and accompanied me to the Service Department where I met Nick who solved the problem in no time with no charge. These two young people made my day. Nick even took the time to explain how the key fob worked and Cassandra stayed with me to make sure everything would work out fine. Cassandra and Nick are excellent representatives of a dealership that can be trusted to provide car care over the years.

I came in and wanted to buy a vehicle for cash and I was told I needed to finance some I wanted to pay cash and now the payoff is more than I put down I had the cash and should have been able to pay it off now I am in a wheelchair and I don’t even have a truck to give to my son. Gene is a great guy but the people in the office should not have stopped me from buying that vehicle

Worst experience ever buying a very expensive car.

Worst experience ever buying a very expensive car. Bought a slightly used challenger with 18,000 miles. Car needed tires five years of sitting in a garage with scalloped tires that were at the wear bars. They first refused to put on tires until I said I was out of the deal. There head mechanic shook my hand and said he would order them and call me when they arrived. A week later I decided to call. Had not ordered the tires because they didn’t now the size. Now let’s not forget this car was bought new there and they just head it in there shop to try and dream up reasons for not putting tires on it. So when they did put tires on they were the cheapest option they could find and did not even bother to clean the tires just left the wheel slime all over them and scratched too of my rims. I bet if that were Marks Car that would not have happened. The head mechanic will lie right to your face then tell you to go talk to somebody else not his problem. Ya great people.

I am extremely disappointed with my service and warranty

I am extremely disappointed with my service and warranty purchase!!! I was told the warranty I purchased almost 3 years ago did not cover an issue that should have been maintained each and every oil change! I have reached out to Marc, owner several x and crickets! I am pissed and I will speak out many many ways so I am heard, karma is a xxxxx!!!!

So Beyond Pleased with my car buying experience!

So Beyond Pleased with my car buying experience! Shopped around 3 different states - Maine - Mass - N.H. - for the best price from dealers, and Marc Motors Nissan had by far the most friendly staff and comfortable show room - as soon as you walk in it's a whole different feel. First of all, the showroom is spotless! Such clean presentation, I felt so important. The sales team was so warm and inviting, and the "BDC" Team really helped make everything easy as soon as I walked in the door - I said my name and who I spoke with and It was smooth Sailing from there! Even the Sales Managers were fun and nice, as well as the finance manager. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.

Great experience!

I had a great car buying experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Not only can you purchase a car here, but you can also get your vehicle serviced. I will be recommending everyone to buy here!

So Thankful

This review is overdue. I had a flat tire, called AAA they came and put on my donut tire. However, the tire had to be replaced. I called late in the day and Kevin Kencaid who runs the service department said bring it in the next day. I did, I realize that the service dept. is run by a manager Philip M. but every time I’ve come in there I always speak with Kevin Kencaid. On this day, our other tire couldn’t be fixed, and we needed a new tire. We had just come back from driving to and from Ohio. We didn’t have much money left. We knew we had to do it because we do a lot of driving. Kevin said we will see what it comes to and take it from there. I said OKAY. At one point while waiting for our car I saw Kevin and Philip talking which I am sure they do all the time. Not long after that Kevin called Carlton and I to his desk. He showed me the invoice, the cost and I said I can’t pay that all right now. Kevin said look again and when I did, I saw that Marc Motors Nissan had taken care of the bill for us. I know Kevin had some say in that taken place and all I can say is Philip and Kevin are 2 people who have outstanding customer service skills and indeed a huge asset to Marc Motors Nissan. I am so very thankful, and I love Nissan. I hope they are recognized for their abilities and know I appreciate them all. Thank you so very much!!! Teresa Guertin

Service department rocks!!

Huge shoutout to the service department!! They were all amazing and did everything to they could to work with me and get my car fixed! From Phil the service manager who made sure I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed even when it meant taking his car for the day so I could get to work! To Keven one of the best service persons! He kept me updated daily while my car was in the shop 4 times for the same issue, but 4th times a charm because I got a new engine and “Davy 2 times” put my new engine in and I got it back in a week running like new again!! Thank you all for everything! This is the 3rd vehicle I bought from Marc Motors and I highly recommend!

Mechanics who walk away and run up labor costs

I went in for a $53 oil change. I mentioned the $4 light bulb that bitned out. They tried to talk me into a $200 new tail light. I declined. They never mention $50 charge to replace light bulb. Charged me an extra $50 to change a light bulb and never informed me that there would be an extra gross charge. As I sat there with my toddler and let him see the mechanics working on the vehicles, my technician would disappear 5-10 minutes at a time. They should have the parts there and not take off, purposely running up the labor charges. AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COST Follow up: there was no confusion on my part. Their sales manager even emailed to apologize and state that they were suppose to inform me of any charges before the work was done. The simple fact is that they didn't inform me, grossly over charged for that simple service, and they will not take responsibility for their mistake. Extremely poor customer service and deceitful mechanics that charge you when they walk away multiple times for extended periods.
