I just bought a Ram truck from Alma Chrysler. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I started shopping online at night, and was pleasantly surprised... to received an email response at 11:45 that night, from someone whom I later discovered was one of the owners! The salesman and sales manager were both very helpful and professional, and I was pleased every step of the way. They were very accommodating with the fact that I'm in the middle of an interstate move. Everyone was very genuine, and I never felt any "sales pressure" at all. I would highly recommend this dealership!

My husband and I spend our summers in Michigan. We have had our vehicle serviced at this dealership several times. We've always had great service. We decided... to purchase a new Cherokee to tow behind our motorhome. We received equally great service on the sales side. Service did a great job getting our new Cherokee ready to tow too. David Burley Dear Scooter, I just wanted to inform you of a recent experience I had with one of your employees, Service Manager, David Burley. I purchased my vehicle from an out-of-state dealership, with the knowledge it had a traction control sensor that needed to be serviced, as well as a couple other recalls/warranty items. I worked with Heritage Chrysler in Mt Pleasant for two months, and didn’t get anywhere. Their service manager was not only lax in contacting the dealership where I purchased, he also repeatedly neglected to send me items upon request he confirmed he would send me. When I contacted the owner, he was downright rude to me. So I turned to Martin Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Alma. When I talked to Dave, he treated me like a neighbor through the whole conversation. At the end of that initial conversation, he reminded me he was previously (literally) my neighbor. I knew Dave, always helpful, considerate, etc. Anyway, it took another month to reach the dealership and get everything straightened out, get a credit card number, tax I.D. number, etc., but David was extremely diligent. He would text me, give me updates, was very timely, thorough, etc. Heritage had quoted me hundreds for my portion of the work that was needed. By the time Dave got done my out-of-pocket was around $60.00. The work that was done required two visits, one of the recall items needed 2.5 hours and I didn’t have time that day. Dave scheduled me again two days later, and being a former neighbor, he picked my Jeep up at my house, took it to work, made sure the work was done thoroughly, and returned it to me at the end of the day. Also, during my first visit some grease got on the white rug I had on the floor, as well as on the overhead where they had installed the microphone for my Bluetooth. Dave made sure all the grease was removed, and thanked me for letting him know about it. The gas tank needed replacement under warranty, and he ran the ozone machine in it for hours to remove the gasoline smell. He also cleaned the vehicle, and noticed the finish had some grime on it, so he made the finish sparkle. When dropping the vehicle off to me, he informed me of a “gascap” error message, thoroughly explained what could be occurring, and let me know if something was wrong he would make sure it was taken care of (but the error message disappeared.) He also noticed a piece of trim on my rear passenger door, and let me know the item can be replaced under warranty, and is ordering a touch-up pen and window trim for me today. I drive 25 miles to come to this dealership for service. There are several dealerships closer however Alma Chrysler always seems to have my best interest... in mind. I've had estimates on work from other dealerships and Alma Chrysler is always the lowest.Their service dept has always taken care of my needs in a fast and friendly manner. Wont take my car anywhere else.
