A fantastic experience at McDonald GMC and specifically our salesperson Chris Schlicker. Told Chris we were looking to lease and about our prior horrible experience at Mike Young GMC in Frankenmuth the day before. Glad we didn't settle. He was straight forward and honest with us, and not at all pushy like salespeople we've come to expect when buying a car. Very refreshing. Even telling us we weren't leaving without a car. Appreciated his sense of humor. Chris ended up selling us his own company vehicle, a black Terrain that had the features my wife had wanted. Thank you very much, Chris! I will be in soon to purchase a vehicle for myself and will ask for Chris again. Thank you!

A great car dealership to deal with. Nice staff. My salesman ,Sam was awesome to work with. The description of the car said black and it was supposed to be dark granite. He drove to the dealership on his day off to make sure the color of the car was dark granite and not black. They delivered the car to me. Upon delivery they had everything I needed. My license plate and proof of insurance. They worked with my insurance company. I gave them my insurance company and they took care of the rest!!! No work on our part. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Our salesman Henry, was fabulous! Extremely courteous, knowledgeable and knows the business! It didn't stop there, the rest of the staff that helped put our deal together was just as great! As for trade in value, extremely fair. You folks at McDonalds have a fantastic honest staff that you don't see too much of anymore. What an awesome experience! Couldn't be happier!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Randy Kropp at McDonald GMC Cadillac , in Saginaw. Randy took the time to help us choose and compare vehicles, he went so far as to check inventory nearby. Upon making our decision, Randy Kropp then shopped for the best financing options with different lenders, saving us a tremendous amount of money and time. We returned at a later time and day, that Randy insured was convenient for us, we signed the papers, and drove away as extremely satisfied customers. We drove nearly an hour one way to work with Randy Kropp, and will gladly repeat the trip when the time for purchasing another vehicle arrives.

Everyone was very helpfull & listened to all of our needs. We liked how they broke down the finances & showed us what we were paying for. We also got a run through on the entire vehicle which was very helpful. Our salesman was great to work with. He explained everything to us & even helped us compare new vs used vehicles & the current deals going on. Overall it was a great experience & I would definitely come back again.
