Great service

I had a good expiernce.Greg was very knowledgeable about the 2015 Cadilac. The sales and delivery process went smoothly and will definately be back!

Friendly staff

The entire sales team was friendly and they have good variety of vehicles to pick from. They have a very resourceful finance department as well.

New Truck

I am a multi purchase customer. Greg Martin treated me very well. I didn't make it easy as I am extremely busy. Greg didn't hound me at all, He kept in contact to inform me of new incentives and just to stay in touch. When I got my new truck home I noticed there was moisture inside the headlight housings. I was upset! Greg contacted me before the store even opened and had my truck picked up and dropped back off with new headlights installed. He really earned my business. I will recommend others to visit McDonald GMC and see Greg.

courteous and proffessional

the staff was courteous and proffessional, the work was done quickly, scheduling was a little difficult, I made an appointment to have an alighnment and tie rod ends serviced when they checked the vehicle out they discovered they didn't have the parts. they knew prior to my appointment I needed tie rod ends but apparently did not check to see if they had parts. maybe a lack of internal communication between the service desk and parts dept. had to schedule another appt. a week later. other than that they did a good job

Kevin was very professional and just a total pleasure to work with. My husband were trying to help our daughter get financing. The next time we need a new car it will be from your stor because of this young man!

Oil change,tire rotation & transmission drain.

As usual the service was excellent, but unfortunately we experienced another puddle of oil on the garage floor , and we have to return because they forgot to reset the (TPMS).

Repair of Accident Damage on a 2008 Sierra Pickup

The experience at your body shop was very satisfactory. Tony Tinnin did an excellent job of coordinating the repair to achieve a decent repair time. The workmanship was A++ quality. Personnel in the body shop were very professional. Thank you.
