went well except for scheduling the appointment I previously tried to use computer to schedule and ended up getting response from sales when I was trying to get an oil change.

Why you should buy a Ford

I made an appointment for 30,000 mile maintenance and to also take care of the door latch recall on my 2014 Fiesta. While fixing the recall they noticed my driver window motor not working properly. They let me know about this and overnighted the window motor and repaired it at no cost to me as it was under warranty. Any make car can have mechanical problems, but with service like this guarantee's I would buy a Ford again. You couldn't ask for better.
