The only issue was appointment was at 9 am and didnt get vehicle in until 9:45 am and was told a 30 min procedure, once in shop took the 30 min. So for the most part good service.

My initial appointment was for 830 in the morning. I had called back at around 230 to see if the car was ready. It was not ready at that time and it wasn’t until about 4 o’clock before they gave me an idea of what the repair would entail. They had to order apart so I had to make another appointment. That appointment was for today at 9:30. Again I had to call back at around 230 to see if the car was ready. At that time it was ready so I went over to pick it up. I don’t understand how when you make an appointment that the car isn’t done within a couple of hours depending upon the repair of the appointment time.

The two young men that helped me were very pleasant. The fellow that completed my transaction was very personable and was very good at customer service. I believe Ron Sayer probably has return customers because of this young man!

I was able to make a reservation on line with Ron Sayer. It worked well and was at my convenience. I needed an oil change and a recall fix. For some reason the recall fix was not on my reservation even though I had typed it in. The service department went ahead and did it with some extra time while my truck was in for the oil change. Price was fair and reasonable.

This was the quickest purchase of a car I’ve ever had. Great attention, good sales associate and finance. This was the first car purchase I’ve ever had where I didn’t feel like a sucker a day later.

Connor was super nice and spent time answering all our questions.. Let us thoroughly test everything out. It was a smooth process. Great experience buying a car.
