I have been to this store a number of times.

I have been to this store a number of times. Every time I visit Im greeted by friendly and down to earth sales people. I have met the owner and he is warm and friendly. This family run dealership will be 100% honest and take great care of you when buying a car. They have a great service and parts department as well.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Carsen and Nik made the purchase process very smooth. They were attentive to our needs and answered all our questions with patience. We're very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this dealership to others!

I am retired and have bought many cars and trucks over the years. Bought 2022 new Altima from Greg and Nick at Ron Sayer. Definitely best experience ever. Thank you

Honest, excellent customer service

No haggling, just straight, fair, and transparent dealings. My experience was seamless from beginning to end. Cole was nice and knowledgeable about the cars i was looking at. The GM cut me a fair deal with my trade and my finance/business manager, was amazing. He took the extra time to find me the best rate. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! With in 30-45 minutes after submitting my application i was done and walking out the door with a full tank of gas.

It was a good day for a good day!

Honestly I have been shopping for a vehicle seriously for months. I live in a small town and wanted to buy local but with very low inventory I was not able to find the right fit for my lifestyle. So I searched in 3 different states and worked with 5 different dealerships through phone and texts plus hours on the VROOM site. I contacted the Ron Sayer dealership awhile back and spoke with Greg Moore who periodically kept in contact with me. On a random monday morning Greg called to see if I had any plans in the near future to come to there dealership I said "Yes I'm am here now look at your window!" Greg was very informative and patient with me as I was working through vehicles and pricing with Greg I was also texting and talking to other dealerships which made trying to make a decision near impossible. I left Ron Sayers for a few hours too way out all the different options. I ended up calling Greg and to let him know I was not buying today and I also expressed some of my concerns. Greg politely asked me to come back while I was still in town to address all my questions with those who are more qualified.... apparently Greg is new salesman for Ron Sayers. I went back and Greg with the Ron Sayer team addressed all my questions. It was a informative and educational experience for me I felt zero pressure and left completely at peace with our purchase.

Great Sales Service

We waited several months for the 2022 Frontier Pro 4x’s to come in. Kevin kept in touch with us to let us know when the new model year Frontiers were coming in. When the one we wanted came in, Kevin waited for us after normal business hours and stayed after business hours the next day to finish up all the paperwork. No sales pressure to buy and a pleasure to work with.

untrustworthy scam dealership don't shop here

Dealer refused to fix a certified car with bad brakes and slipping transmission. Their claim is that I somehow ruined the breaks in 4000 miles. When in reality they knew about the bad brakes and transmission before they sold it. Thirty years of doing business with this company and several cars. What a shameful business. Ron is rolling right now. Never going back and I warn everyone not to deal with Ron Sayer Nissan or the other businesses that have his name.

Hi Kevin, we are sorry to hear that your feel our dealership does not stand behind the vehicles we sell. We know you have spoken with our Service Manager and General Manager about your vehicle and they have both reassured you that your vehicle does not need a new Transmission. If it did, we would put a new one in. After all, your vehicle is still covered under factory warranty and we would follow guidelines that Nissan sets. The only issue that our technician noted during your visit is that your rotors are a little warped. If they were warped prior to being put on our lot we would have caught it in our Certified Pre-Owned Inspection. You have put over 4,000 miles on this vehicle since you purchased it. We have been in business for over 70 years. We take care of all of our customers and are willing to work with you.

35K Scheduled Check/Maintenance

I have 2 Nissan Rogues (2018/2019). Visit 1 for 2018 / visit 2 for 2019 were decent scheduled maintenance visits. Visit 3 for 2018 was very irritating. 2.5 hrs for Oil/Fluid and EBS programming took way too long and there was a small hood scratch from wash bay. I was leery about coming back. I just finished visit 4 for 2018 35K check. Several NEW faces made me think a personnel change may have taken place. Bottom line - this visit was MUCH better. More professionalism and friendly cooperation! While an expensive problem was discovered (not dealer's fault), the general check was so much better that I will continue to come back.
