My transmission failed in the area while on a business trip - 2 hours from home. The service department at Burt Watson Chevy took excellent care of me... and my car. They provided a loaner to get me home. They replaced the transmission under warranty and the work was done properly. My car was returned clean and on the date promised. Throughout the process, I received regular updates from my service writer. Highly recommended!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Levi has been fantastic with keeping me informed on what was going on and the ease of the process... has been amazing. I highly recommend Burt Watson and will definitely be referring anyone looking for a car to them.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly atmosphere. My salesman, Joe, was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain to me what truck... would hold a better resale value based on supply and demand of what people come to the dealership looking for. Worst buying experience you can imagine. We went there 3 times to look at trucks. Every time they did not have what they told us to come in an look at.... The last time they had a truck that was close and pressured us heavily and we bought one close to close. It was not what my wife wanted and she hated it instantly. I take most of the blame for that I was sick of looking and I thought it was close but not to my wife. She hates her car. They messed up and put the wrong name first so we had to redo the GM discount paper work. The entire process was a mess. Sam Goodenough should be Sam notgoodenough he was not helpful and even rude. I will not even take the vehicle back there for service.... look elsewhere. NOT HAPPY from day one. If that's what there business model is then they did a great job.
