Did a great job on the repair and would go back again for

Did a great job on the repair and would go back again for any kind of bodywork. Only issue I have is coming up with 25 words. LOL

I am currently leasing a car from Burt Watson Chevrolet,

I am currently leasing a car from Burt Watson Chevrolet, Freeland MI. I had to bring my car in for repairs following a no fault accident the week before Christmas. They provided me with a loaner car and much to my relief I received a call on Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve) that my car was finished and ready to pick up. A couple hours after picking up my car I was able to drive to my son's home to be with their family on Christmas Eve.

I am currently leasing a car from Burt Watson Chevrolet, Freeland MI. I had to bring my car in for repairs following a no fault accident the week before Christmas. Mitchell was fantastic Finance depart was easy to work

Mitchell was fantastic Finance depart was easy to work with. Delivery was amazing. Mitchell is by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. Gets the job done. Kind and pleasant.

Body Shop

I had front end damage from hitting a deer and took my vehicle to the body shop at Burt Watson. Overall I was pleased with their service. The repairs were done well and my vehicle looks just as good as my pre-deer run in. Tyler was very friendly and was very responsive to my questions and checking in on the process. My only complaint would be to more transparent about the process. I decided to go to Burt Watson because they offer loner vehicles but I wasn?t informed that it would take even longer if I needed a loner because they didn?t have any immediately available and I had to make other arrangements. I only found this out after I committed to bringing my vehicle there. Overall I?m happy with the work they did but I think it?s important for someone to know what expect from the beginning in an already stressful situation.

Sevice for my equinox

I absolutely love Burt Watson in Freeland. They are very helpful when I have issues with my vehicle and accommodate me. They offer loaner cars and I would highly recommend them

Watch the crazy fee they charge you.

So know some people were in market for a different car so just wanted to share some info about a couple dealerships we found out recently. Was in the market for one recently, and rated some of them a few years back based on expierence. One of the lots that used to be one of the better ones was Burt Watson. Well here is a brief update. They actually were hard to deal with this time around. If you see on their website it says $1,000 + added on to price of car for title and fees. Well come to find out that dosent even include tax. Most of the lots say $260 added for fees and license. And then you have your tax which is reasonable. Not Burt Watson. They charge you the 260 fees and then $795 to check out and service the vehicle. So in other words where other lots check it out and service it so you know you are buying a dependable vehicle, Burt Watson charges you for that. They charge you to check and fix a vehicle that they bought and are trying to sell you. Lol. So its $800 on top of what you pay for a car from them just for that. Not including any tax or title fees. We actually laughed leaving that lot. If they do just a few minor things on it you still pay the $800 extra. Then even though they charge you this ,that no other lot does they didnt want to budge on the car price not to mention a very low ball offer on a trade in. Then they came up on the trade in value like they were doing something for u when other lots gave u the higher value off the bat. They are on the bottom of our list now , so be aware of how Burt Watson does things now.
