I flew from Salt Lake to these jokers in BFE Michigan to have a franchise dealership try to sell me a vehicle with a busted taillight, a tailgate that doesn't open, and something that is so loud that you're afraid that it's going to break down the minute you drive it home. The attention to detail is so lacking it's frustrating. Ford needs to review their franchise process because these guys do not have what it takes to carry that title. Needless to say, I wasted a lot of money to discover what a lazy bunch has amassed in Mt. Pleasant, MI. Don't waste your time if your thinking of purchasing out of state.

Good, but follow up could be better.
Why a 4? They fixed most of my issues, and did a great job. Issues were they had to order parts, never called when they came in. I called after 2 weeks, they said they would call to set up a loaner. After 2 weeks again I called both times they had forgot to call me. They also put on my receipt they washed my car. NEVER WASHED! They had my car total of 4 days and never did it. FOR THE GOOD! Service department staff is nice, and gets answers. They have never damaged my car unlike other dealers. I highly recommend this dealer, just have to keep checking up on them.

Great buying experience
I purchased a used Ford Escape 1-18-23 I was asked if I would pick it up the next day because they were very busy after the holiday. When I came to take delivery it had been serviced, cleaned and gased up. No pressure sales thinks to James in sales. He even took time to show me how to use many items in the car, All and all it was a great buying experience. Think you again Jim.

Created a big problem after service
Terrible. Two hours after driving off the dealership lot, my “power problem” wrench light comes on. I take it back two days later and the service rep lies to me and said they ran it through their computer analysis. They did not, as I was told by the actual service department the oil change service department did not bring it over for more in depth analysis Incompetent service department. Don’t trust Krapohl Ford.
