I leased this Escape. We have had this car for less then a week. So far, it rides well and is extremely quiet. Getting use to the bells and whistles... will take some time, but they are nice to have. I am not sure I like the climate control where it is mounted. I feel like it obstructs my view. Everyone of my friends who have seen this car likes the body design. On a 1 to 10 scale I give a 9 .

Will never purchase from krapohl ford again. Bought a used car and there is a hole in the frame. So my question is, why did it not go through your so called... 172 point inspection? If i wouldn't have realized there was a hole who knows what could of happened as i can push my fingers through the frame. I am extremely disappointed in both krapohl ford and the salesperson responsible for selling me this vehicle.

I've had many issues with this vehicle in which someone finally believed me. thank you to the guy in charge of the service department. I forgot your name,... but you believed me and did something. I really appreciate it. with having a vocabulary impairment and not knowing the words to use to express my concern, you figured it out.
Everything went well with my oil change and tire rotation except for the fact that they neglected to put two valve stem covers back on.
The service guy broke the rear window wiper arm while replacing the blade. Had to return to have the mechanism replaced
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... We took our explorer in to have the bumper replaced and painted took them 3 weeks to get us in when we were... told it would be in and out in 3 days. the day we went to pick the explorer up one of the employees smashed into our Taurus caving the back drivers side door in. We spoke to Tom the owner he said he would take care of everything not to call the police. after them having the Taurus for 5 days they called and said they were not going to fix it now and would only give us 1000$. Tom Krapohl is not a man of his word. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
