Very unprofessional, they called me and said they had the vehicle I wanted. 2 hours later after rushing there from work I was told it was sold!!!

Service excellent. Wait time minimal. Jamie, service agent, was both informative and personable. Overall, excellent experience.

Great experience. Their team was pleasant and made the process smooth and hassle free, & they were able to get me a better rate on financing than my credit union. The pick up and delivery for vehicle services is a plus as well.

The service folks get you in and out in a timely manner. They took the car at my appointed time , changed the oil and rotated the tires in less than an hour.

My experience was outstanding. I hate this process but dare I say it was enjoyable. I was waiting for the finance hook where they upsell me on everything - but it didn't happen. Total professionals, didn't upsell me, respected me, valued my time - it was excellent. My salesperson Kyle Wilson was incredible. We had lots of questions and he was so QUICK to call me back. He's a total pro, best sales person I've ever worked with, ever.

I just do not like, or tolerate, bait and switch. Drove from Brighton to Bay City to test drive a Highlander Hybrid (after talking to the original salesperson and CONFIRMING THAT MSRP WAS THEIR PRICE. She ASSURED me that it was). I drove 90 minutes...each way to test drive. Today, I went to order and the second salesperson (Shane...good guy) tells me..great...did we tell you about the “Michigan Package”. MANDATORY undercoat (huh...who gets undercoat) and interior protection (on leather...) just shy of $1,500. Just dealer pack so they can jam you with some more profit. Hey, I get supply and demand...but I’m ordering and putting money down. Just SLEAZY. Hoped I’d have a better experience, but I will not ever deal with SLEAZY. I have no idea on how all these people can give such good reviews. Maybe they don’t know they got jammed!

Everyone pleasant very helpful. My wait was not long and the car keys and car were brought over to me directly where I was meeting with salesman. Alway great service here!

I had an appointment to test drive a specific car with features I'd been seeking for quite a while. The salesman met me at the door, with "my" car waiting for me. We struck a deal, got financing in order, and I drove her home. Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Michael Flansburgh is the best at what he does. He was polite, extremely helpful and moreso gave me hope when I had none. He was able to get me financed even with poor credit and we did almost all of it either by email, phone call, or text. It made it so much easier for me and fast. I would recommend anyone to go see him!

I had a very good experience on my purchase at Labadie Toyota Mike and the team did a fantastic job getting me in and out. Great place to deal with no pressures. Awesome.
