I had a very good experience with service advisor Laura Ouch. I came in for a check engine light issue, and instead of immediately ordering parts or starting duplicate work, she first reviewed our vehicle’s service history and realized the issue might have already been addressed. She recommended confirming the actual problem before ordering a part, which likely saved us unnecessary time and cost. She was efficient, thoughtful about the scope of work, and clearly looking out for the customer rather than just adding more service. Really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.

Portland Volvo and Brad on the service team did an outstanding job helping us with a complicated repair that required the car to be at the dealer for several weeks due to part availability. They provided us a brand new loaner car, did a great job keeping us informed, and making sure our life was not impacted by our car needing to be fixed. I’ve wanted a Volvo for many years and Portland Volvo helped me finally drive one home. They have a big selection of new and used Volvos. I worked with Adam, for months to find the right one. He was super friendly, responsive, patient and very knowledgeable. Even days after the transaction he’s checking in to ask if I have any questions and make sure I’m happy with my purchase. Everyone was wonderful and I’m so happy to finally own my own Volvo!
