Had a check engine light on took in to be scanned, Ashley scanned it and then I drove a couple days to make it come back on, called made appointment had oil change and thermostat replaced, my town and country worked flawlessly service was done in one day!

Not our best choice for service
We understood it would "take a while" and they had no loaners to offer, but WOW! 2 months? Then when it was supposed to be finished (on a weekend I was scheduled to go out of town) we were told we would be called so we could pick up that Saturday morning. We had to call to find out NOPE!... not done late Friday night. We finally pick up following week , now after all this time of having my vehicle..not even did they wash it? It was dead empty of fuel? Did they test drive after replacing the transmission? I have taken my vehicle to other dealerships for something as simple as an oil change and picked it up to having it cleaned, washed and vacuumed!! What in the world happened to "customer service" ? WOW! Take that over $4,000 and don't do anything extra to show you appreciate it, or say you feel the least bit sorry for having my vehicle for so xxxx long! OR. ..how about not coming through on the weekend you promised you would get it back to me for my plans away... AGAIN...after being stranded for soooo long? Thats right. "Not your fault.. back up on parts"? Still reflects on your dealership!!!!! Coming from this CUSTOMER'S opinion. Never ever will we drive an hour out of our way for "your service "
A Fix Quicker Than Expected
My transmission issue was addressed in much less time than I was quoted. The parts were already in stock! The charge was fair, and the shuttle service was a pleasant surprise.
Ashley in the service department was so helpful in finding out what caused Dodge Journey to go dead and cause all kinds of warning lights to off. She got me back up running and even put in a recall for me. I appreciate the great service she and the team provided me. Don't understand why my windows were so dirty, could not get a clear view through back window driving home. Might have been due to having it towed in and salt on the roads. I would definitely recommend Thelen for any of your auto needs. Thanks Ashley for your perseverance!
We work with Travis whenever we get a vehicle! Will not take my business anywhere else!! He is awesome to work with and makes sure you understand everything about the vehicle before you leave!
Appearance of dealership is very well organized
Thelen auto group knows their product that they sell. Also very helpful in selecting different option. They also filled my fuel tank which is unheard of.

I brought my Jeep in to have the rear door fixed I was greeted immediately on arrival and the service writer took over immediately they fixed my door and I met the tec and he asked if there was anything else I needed and at a good price. Then my service writer told me of another recall on it she set me another appointment. It was a very good experience for me I would recommend them to everyone.
