Our van, that we bought 9 years ago from this dealer, was hit. We had our van towed to the body shop. We worked with Mel Krueger. Unfortunately we had... to say goodbye to our van. The damage was more than the worth. Mel helped us out, we had to clean out the vichele, it was an emotional let go. Mel was considerate and more than helpful. We would highly recommend this body shop. Their employees were so knowledgable.

My wife and I attempted to buy a new Jeep from this dealer last week. We had an understanding with the salesman on what car we wanted, they didn't... have it on the lot so he had said he could do a dealer trade no problem. We were waiting on our current vehicle to come back from service so they could give us a trade in quote. Per our agreement we took it in on Friday as he said that would be plenty of time to get a deal done over the weekend. I had to leave for a class and left my wife to stay and get pricing. The minute I left the salesman's tone and demeanor towards my wife changed. He went hard sell treating her like she didn't know anything. He insisted she buy one of the cars on his lot so he could get the end of the month kickbacks or he wouldn't guarantee any pricing. When she protested, he talked down to her and over her. My wife called me very upset after she left almost in tears. When the salesman called me the following morning to follow up, I informed him we were looking at another dealership because of the way he treated her. He got defensive and a little aggressive with me on the phone showing his true nature. Let me say, I am not after anything from this dealership, but I want them to know it is NOT OK to treat women this way. They should be able to go in and buy a car without any fear that the salesmen will treat them with less respect than men. Since the 'incident' the Dealership has reached out to me and apologized. The salesman's apology (to me via email) was prefaced with excuses and stating that my wife "took it the wrong way"...No she felt what she felt and there was no "taking it the wrong way". I am disappointed by the actions of the sales force and how it was handled when we complained. If you are a woman, and don't handle pressure sales well, you may want to reconsider buying from here alone. It is unfortunate in this day and age that this type of misogyny still exists but evidently it does.

They did a great job fixing my car, however I asked them to change the oil and rotate tires while they had it. When I went to pick it up these two items... were not done. Now I have to go back this morning and have that done.

Thelen was quick to replace a leaking strut. We were told it would be a process that would taken in upwards of 2 plus hours and it took less than one hour.... They also had a great lounge for us to utilize while awaiting the completion of the work.

Service advicer was very helpful and the service was completed fast then the estimated 30 minute wait. The price for an oil change and tire rotation is... very reasonable.
