Nothing but good things to say about feeny!

Nothing but good things to say about feeny!I just moved here from Louisiana and I had some issues with my jeep. I called and Whisper in the service department made the process as easy as possible, got me scheduled and walked me through the whole check in process so I wasn’t lost when I came in. And When my appointment time came I received exceptional service from the gentleman in service as well but I didn’t catch his name. Glad I found a place I can trust here in Michigan!

Loved them, till I needed them

Purchased 2 new Durangos and 1 low mileage Diesel truck in the past 8 years. My fully serviced Ram diesel engine seized at 104,000 miles. Chrysler? Feeny? Both were polite, apologetic, and willing to do nothing because "4,000 miles & 1.5 years over the warranty". Adding insult to injury, I was offered a 'better' deal if I want to buy something else.

Was suppose to go purchase a car today they called me...

Was suppose to go purchase a car today they called me yesterday at 5:30 and told me to come see the Vehicle , called back at 9:30 (after hours) Stating someone had a deposit on the vehicle !! Didn’t offer to help with another vehicle or anything !! Definitely poor coustomer service I do not recommend them !!!!

What an awful dealership. I responded to an online...

What an awful dealership. I responded to an online posting and requested to be contacted ASAP. When I did not hear from them I phoned and made a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle until I could drive there, a short time later I called to schedule the visit and was informed they were showing it, after hours (6:00PM) I was informed they sold it. It took several days to receive the money back including a rather underhanded additional charge.
