I came from out of town to purchase a used Chevy vehicle because of the great price of the vehicle I had saw online. I had a great experience over the phone with Cade H and he talked me through the condition of the vehicle and he was completely honest, did not leave out any details. He sent more pictures via email about the items which I questioned. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was ready to go and papers were ready for me to sign. It was a painless process. The only setback that I had with the purchase was the title not coming to me in a timely manner. It does take longer when purchasing a vehicle out of state for the title to arrive. They were great about helping me with this also, I received a new in-transit from Kemna-Asa that covered me until the title came. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know and will look for my next vehicle there as well.

Great people to work with I filled out a form on their website and they were not pushy at all I told them I didnt want to be called every hour like the other dealerships. They repected the fact that I was not ready right this second. When I was ready I called them and they made the deal happen.

My credit has taken a shot with some injuries I had. I went to the big store like billion and vern eide and was treated like a criminal. They told me that I could only get one car and that was it. When I said I needed a van the guy at billion lauged and said good luck. I went online to Kemna and Cade called me with in seconds of putting the info in. He worked for 2 weeks and found me a van.
