I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for
I want to also add to my review that if it wasn't for David Briggs telling me place a $500 hold on my car of interest - the 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport, it probably would have been sold before I made the decision purchase. I cannot thank him enough for that because this was my first experience in 15 years purchasing a car.

Run from this dishonest dealership!
Run from this dishonest dealership! I was told by Katie on the phone that they would hold the Santa Fe for me for our 2:00 appointment. I offered to put money down to hold it, but she said that was not necessary, it would be there for me to look at. (One can't put money down on a vehicle that doesn't exist.) I was driving 2 1/2 hours so I wanted to be sure the vehicle would be there when I arrived. It was a very specific Santa Fe that I had looked all over for and found online as being at this dealership. As I pulled into the dealership, I saw a missed call from Kyle, the sales associate, claiming that an hour ago, someone walked onto the lot and bought it, but that he had other vehicles I could look at. I've been around long enough to know that no one buys a car in an hour, it always takes longer than that. Both Katie and Kyle lied to me just to get me in the door. It is clear that dishonesty is a common practice for this dealership. I would never buy from a place that doesn't shoot straight with me. I wasted over 5 hours of a beautiful fall day, driving, and a tank of gas for these people who did not care in the least. Do not shop here!

Unfortunately, this car did sell before the guest arrived. She inquired on it that morning and it was on the lot and available. She was working with our internet team and did set up an appointment to come see it. Hindsight is always 20/20, but our Internet team should have taken a 500.00 refundable deposit to hold the car. As she was driving here, another salesperson showed the car and that guest bought the car. I called as soon as I heard it was sold, an hour before her appointment. She did not get the voicemail until she pulled it. I can certainly understand the frustration of losing a car, but in no way did we mislead her or lie.
Girlfriend purchased a brand new mazda cx5 last labor day
Girlfriend purchased a brand new mazda cx5 last labor day weekend. Had an oil change and tire rotation done a few months ago. 2 of the rims were damaged during service. Dahl offered a 300.00 credit to be used at their dealership. 2 brand new rims cost 600.00 a piece. I would not recommend service work done here.
