Kim at Schafer Chevrolet was greatest

Kim at Schafer Chevrolet was very helpful from the beginning from start to finish with the process. I was able to get financed very fairly quick and easy. Would recommend Kim to anyone.

We just leased our sixth vehicle

We just got our 2023 pickup. Randy Wallace is knowledgeable and gets us what we need. He has gotten to know us, over the years, and what we want in our vehicles. We are always taken care of.

I have now bought my 4th vehicle from Schafer, same great service as always. Both Nate and Eric were very helpful, and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into a vehicle, and that was the most important thing for me. Thanks to the 2 of you again

Hello this is Dan Masters,I just want to give a big shout out to Ed Dombrowski at Schafer Chevrolet.I purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 from him and love it. He made my buying experience so easy, He even had a new muffler installed for me and chrome truck bed rails installed. I travelled to Pinconning from Sault Ste.Marie, Michigan. I will be back to see Ed, the next time my wife or I need another vehicle.

Best first car buying experience

Schafer Chevrolet did a phenomenal job helping me find my first car. I'm a first time car buyer and buying a used car was really stressful considering I've never done it, I have no clue how it works l, and it don't know where to go. I heard good things about Schafer so I took a drive and took a look at their inventory. I worked with Kim and she was beyond amazing. I told her what I wanted and she got me just that. It didn't feel rushed or pushy to sell me something I didn't want. The prices were very good and so was Kim's service. She even stayed almost 2 hours past close to help me through the process which included getting an insurance quote. Being a first time car buyer she educated me on the entire process of buying a vehicle. When I asked her about certain vehicles on their lot she was honest and told me if they were even worth it or not. Other places I feel like would seel you anything, even when they know it's junk. But Kim steered me clear of anything that wasn't going to be reliable. It's honesty and dedication like that, that will keep me going back to Schafer in the future.

Kim Bartys was amazing! She was very personable and did everything she could to make it work with our budget and making us comfortable with making the big decision of purchasing a vehicle. 10/10 recommend working with her!

Bought a truck from them

I bought a 2016 Ram on February 13th. My sales lady was Kim. Not even 24 hours after I bought the truck I had trouble with it not setting level because of the air ride system. Called Schafer and told them what was going on. They told me to make an appointment to get it scanned and see what was going on with it. When I took it to them and they scanned it it had 12 codes on the air ride system. They didn't write down the codes so they couldn't tell me what they were. I drove it for about few more days and it got even worse. It was not setting level, riding rough, and some stuff wasn't working properly. So I contact Eric and he said to set up another appointment and they could scan it again and tell me what was going on. They told me they didn't have a loaner vehicle available for me to use. I told them that i needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work. When I dropped my truck off I asked to talk to Eric, she said let's go talk to.him. when we got to his office she asked him if he had time to talk to.me , he said he was to busy. I walked in his office and told him what was going on and if they couldn't take care of it I would have to take further action. Dawn said when they got one in she would let me know. Dawn called me the next day and said they got a loaner in for me to use while they figured out what was going on with my truck. When I went to.pick up the loaner car I asked what they had found out, they said that if I wanted to keep the air ride system I would have to pay for it out of my pocket, but if I wanted regular suspension they would take care of it. I told them to go ahead and put the regular suspension on it that way i would have this problem again. They had my truck fixed in about a week. They made it right and fixed my truck at their expense. This is my second truck I have bought from them. Kim is an amazing sales lady. She not only wants to sell a vehicle she takes the time to.listen to what her customers are looking for. She is a very caring person. If I ever needed to purchase another vehicle I would go back there, and would make sure that I had Kim for my sales person.

Kim at Schaffer’s is the most knowledgeable and honest dealer I have ever dealt with, I have now purchased 3 vehicles from her and I even referred my parents to her, Schaffer’s has the best deals and if you are looking to buy something today go talk to Kim she will Hook you up
