So far not great service.

So far not great service. Went to see a 2014 jeep listed for sale to be told it was in the shop for repairs. There is a 2019 here you can see if you like it... We decided to buy it. It was more money than we planned to spend but ok. I should have had a real mechanic check it out. He would have probably noticed the fact that the battery was only held in place by the cables. I called them to ask about getting it fixed and was told the manager would have to call me back. He wasn't sure if that would be covered After talking to them about that, I found out the spare tire was not there and the rear tires stick out farther on the top than on the bottom. I will update my review with the results and response from them.

Hands down Kim Barty is the best!

Hands down Kim Barty is the best! I had worked with her for a couple months looking for the right vehicle for my son! I hesitated at every vehicle, how much do I spend vs. how much will I have to put into it? Is it a safe car for him to drive? She built trust right from the start with being honest about a vehicle! Kim you are amazing & thank you so much for all your help! I will forever appreciate you!

Before even test driving a 2015 encore Buick, justin said

Before even test driving a 2015 encore Buick, justin said don't worry we ordered a new key. Which I was fine with because he said he ordered it. At the end when verify after I signed everything for the car that they infact ordered a new key fob he states "yeah sure, our key guy comes on Tuesday" I told him I look forward to hearing back about the key fob. It's Wednesday the next week, never heard anything about a new key fob being ordered. I work in a professional environment where I know not to make empty promises to my patient, I wish this place hadn't done that. I can't even use the key fob on my car, everytime I unlock it with the spare key they provided the alarm goes off.

Justin helped us get the perfect truck for our family. Him and the rest of the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and super nice. One of the best, fastest and easiest car buying experiences we’ve had. Will be recommending them, and using them for future purchases.

All the staff are welcoming and helpful.

All the staff are welcoming and helpful. The lot has a large variety of vehicles in all price ranges. Kim Barty’s was very knowledgeable and patient while trying to get me back into a vehicle. The finance team worked to my needs and went into detail to go over all the numbers in the end. Thank you Kim, Dan and Norm!
