Subaru Outback

I feel we got a good deal on the 2022 Subaru Outback. I would of liked to have got more for our trade in but they did install a trailer hitch . The asking price on the Subaru was very fair , it was like getting a new vehicle for $11,000 less than a 2024 and kinda offset any loss on trade in. Very friendly sales staff , made the whole buying process easy.

TAKE NOTICE - BAD BUSINESS!!!!

On Feb 28,2023, We purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands for 41,209.00 including a $3,700. 6 year warranty that basically is just powertrain warranty. Vehicle had 26,502 miles on it. We paid asking price without any dickering. On Aug 16,2023 we took the car in for a loose weatherstripping near rear wheel. Mileage at that time was 31,955. We were informed we need rear brakes and 4 new tires. Further investigation revealed the tires on the car did not match the unused spare tire which was a different brand. The tread warranty on the tires is 55,000 miles. Obviously the high mileage tires were put on the car prior to our purchase. Their resolution was to buy ONE tire and we had to buy the other three. We suspect the NYS Inspection was perfunctory. We intend on filing a complaint and requesting a DMV Investigation into this matter. We are senior citizens and purchased this vehicle from what we thought was a reputable company. We were wrong in every thought on this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! If you do purchase a used vehicle from them, get it inspected at a different dealership first.

Hire more mechanics and less service advisors.

I called the Davidson service dept. on 9/28/22 to have a 2020 Ranger (which I purchased at Davidson new) for a bucking, shuddering, hesitation issue and was told I could bring it in on Dec 26. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the lack of ability of this dealership to service the cars they sell. A few days later, I was able to secure another appointment on November 1st when I was told the vehicle showed a misfire code. The service advisor explained they only had 2 technicians able to handle this type of service. I personally went to the dealership and found 3 service advisors sitting at the counter doing little to nothing. However, not wanting to cause any further damage to the truck, I arranged to secure an appointment at another Ford dealership in the north country. They identified the problem which Ford Motor Company has a TSB advisory out on and I was back on the road in an hour.

Poor customer support

Our 2020 Ranger has a transmission problem. Called the service dept on 9/28 for an appt and was told the earliest they could look at it is 12/26, almost 3 months. In the meantime I was told not to drive it much. Ford Customer Service was even less helpful referring me back to the dealership.

Horrible dishonest Business!!

This was the worst and most dishonest dealership I ever dealt with in my 45 yrs of buying vehicles. First they advertisted as a CPO did not honor took post down. It was a used vehicle which I paid 25,000 for do not believe any service done to the vehicle lied about everything did not finance where I chose, no car mats which I was promised wipers are no good they did not even change the oil. I tried to cancel sale buy I signed papers there lucky I didn't have means for any attorney I was told by atty generals office they're taking advantage of people because of shortage of vehicles. I've not heard one good thing about this dealership do yourself a favor see FX Carprara's or head south to Syracuse. The managers didn't even have the courtesy to return my phone calls what kind of Customer service is that????

World Class Customer Service and Honesty!

F150 in for service - found the rear diff was destroyed due to recent work by the dealer in MA “where I purchased the truck”. Service Mgr. Brian went to bat for me saving me big bucks as my MA dealer was pushing back. Talk about customer service!!!!

Excellent Process start to finish
