I brought my car in for a safety air bag recall. Urka's ordered the part,set up an appt. and installed the part in a timely fashion. I was back on the road in less than an hour.

Easy in. Easy out. Friendly. Not too expensive. And actually, the only Chevy dealer in town.

They made everything so easy to do. Leasing, insurance changes, locating and acquiring a vehicle of my choosing was mainstreamed yet customized just for me.

When purchasing my auto at Urka the sales department racked up almost 4 grand for additional warrentee and insurance charges. Everytime i have had my auto in for service or to have items replaced by additional insurance coverages Urka auto has either been inept or unable to help me with the task. I will not ever purchase a car or truck or take my existing there for service as there are much better quality places to recieve such services namely Betten Baker of muskegon.
