I brought my truck in for service under warranty and MacDonald went and charged me a whopping $800 to fix a leaking steering fluid. Then a year later I have a recall for the steering system and I get my truck back and I cannot even steer it out of the parking lot. The service dept. was so lazy they could not even let me know what is going on with the steering and left me a filthy dirty truck showing there is zero care at this dealership. My recommendation is not to use this ford place for anything! Very disappointed and angry at the cost and lack of service.

They Owe Me Money
The $2800 EXTENDED WARRANTY is a scam. I bought a car from Macdonald Motors Conway NH in December 2022 and traded it In in April 26 2023. I expect a refund for the EXTENDED WARRANTY and t I have called them several times as well as went there three times to see when I would get my refund. I have been told it was mailed and I will receive it in 7-10 days for three months now!!! Shure would like my REFUND FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!

Save Your Time and Choose a Different Dealer
Granted this isn't an ideal time to be purchasing a vehicle with no inventory on the lots and high consumer demand.... which means the dealer is in the driver's seat. Even so, out of all the vehicles I have purchased over the years, my experience with McDonald's motors has been the worst. I could have done without the chippy attitudes with constant reminders of take it or leave it statements since there are a dozen other customers that will buy it if you don't want it. Once I did agree to the purchase, I was treated even worse when I told them I did not want to finance with them or purchase any of their extra packages. Honestly, they really didn't care how poor their customer service was because as they kept reminding me that they really don't have to do anything right now to continue to have record sales months... #Shameful.

CJ - we are not sure who you are as you gave us no way to contact you. We are Macdonald Motors Ford in Conway, NH. Are we the dealer you purchased from? If so, please contact Mary Macdonald at 603-356-9341 and talk with her. She would definitely want to know who would be so rude as to treat you that way.
Bought a used car
Bought a used car in a few hours. Experience was wonderful. Jeff and John showed me what I went to look at and did not push anything else on me. I had a concern after a test drive and was fixed immediately. Walked away a happy person. Both gentlemen were awesome. Would go there again in a minute.

Honestly the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had! Matt my salesman was professional and accommodating to my needs! I wanted a very specific truck set up for my line of work and he made it happen!
