They got me in fast a day before Christmas and it cost me
They got me in fast a day before Christmas and it cost me less than their estimate. Quite a bit less. The loner was clean and a nice help for the holidays. I will be using them for all my service moving forward

The EASIEST vehicle purchase experience I've had.
The EASIEST vehicle purchase experience I've had. We were traveling from 5 hours away to look at an explorer. It was zero pressure from the start unlike typical dealerships when you inquire about a vehicle. Mike held the vehicle for us for a week until we could make the trip, which is pretty much unheard of. He had everything ready for us, was extremely personable, and talked to us like he'd known us for years. Can definitely say we will be back when are ready for the next one!

Very disappointed. Sat and waited and waited.
I spent almost three hours waiting for new tires. 8 am appointment. I spent 1200 and didn't even get a thank you. Very disappointed

Overall good experience
Good experience overall. Very easy to purchase a new vehicle. The only gripe I have is the vehicle was brand new but it was a little dirty inside. It had about 20 miles on it, I?m guessing test drivers got it dirty? I recently purchased a RAV4 (new) for my wife and the Toyota dealership made it perfectly clean before we left. Less a grip, more a suggestion for improvement. They were really really friendly. They didn?t try and sell me any extra crap which was really nice.
