We needed help... badly
We were 1000 miles from home and our transmission went out. We limped into this dealership. Walked into the service dept and talked to Chris. He was very helpful, but it was going to take several days to get a new transmission and get it in. We had to get home so we decided to buy a used truck. Chris brought us up to meet Stacey who helped us find something that would work and he stayed with us through the entire process. John did the business end and was very helpful. A very bad day in the black hills turned out OK because the people here cared about my family... thank you

Worst customer service ever!
Our truck broke down after traveling 6 hours. My husband worked on it until we had to take it to the closest dealership. When we got our bill we noticed that they had rang us up incorrectly, so we went back to pay the bill. For being honest, we got a free car wash.. unreal. They under charged us over $2100. When we got our truck back they also fixed the air bag warranty and now our locks don’t work. When we asked about the locks they were going to charge us another $160 to fix what they broke! Not to mention, we nearly caused an accident on the interstate because someone took off our bed rail. Worst experience ever! Weren’t even thanked by anyone when we left there for our honesty. Don’t go here unless you want a free car wash or oil change to make up for their inconsiderate attitudes.
Hi Amber, we know that vehicle issues while traveling are extremely stressful and frustrating, and are so sorry that you experienced that. We did ring up your bill incorrectly, and we do greatly appreciate you returning to the store to pay the difference after we called you to note our mistake. The bed rail and lock were not issues when we had the vehicle, but we are glad we were able to re-install the bed rail for you. The $140 charge for the lock was for the part only; our records show that you declined our offer to repair the lock at cost, with no labor charges. We appreciate you reaching out, and thank you for choosing us.
The dealer was polite and respectful. He was attentive without being pushy. Provided car info and timely processing of necessary paperwork and financial services. Spent less than 2 hours from arriving, testing, and driving away with a great car.

We felt that they were pushing extra warranties and extras we didn’t need. The vehicle ended up costing more than the list price. And not much of an allowance for no trade in value.

Our sales process fully discloses trade-in value before introduction to the business manager and after when our customer signs the final purchase order. Our business managers offer extended warranties to all of our customers and they are optional. Any aftermarket product the customer purchases is also fully disclosed on the final purchase order that the customer signs. Despite our process in this instance we failed to earn a 5-star review and for that we take full responsibility. We will review this particular transaction and look for ways to improve our process.
