My wife and i went to the chevy dealership on the 10 of

My wife and i went to the chevy dealership on the 10 of April and was met by Chuck weld and he spent the time with us to look at some of the vehicles we were interested in we made a appointment with on the 11th and my wife fell in love with one of the showroom cars a red 24 Trailblazer and Chuck accommodated us and we set down and negotiated a deal with a trade in of a 2003 Jeep and we were completely satisfied with his poise and graciousness towards my wife and I. We then were introduced to Chad Dingman who helped with the finances he navigated through the process even there was some glitches to no Falt of him my wife had a freeze on her credit and we were unable to get it removed while there but went through my credit and the deal was completed and we drove away in a brand new car. We were completely and enrich Ely satisfied with chad as we got to visit and was honored to visit with him as we have a lot of friends in common and the pictures of his grandchildren were precious and my wife connected with him right away. when we were through with Chad Chuck at my request got me a coffee mug to seal the deal. My wife who has never owned a new car said it was one of the best days of her life and Chuck and chad were part of that. My joy was seeing her happy so i want to thank those two men for a job well done as they touched the heart of a wonderful women and made her and my day member able. We will be back to pick out a vehicle for me in the not to far future and i will seek their guidance to get the vehicle i desire as i am 78 and have never bought a brand new car for myself. We are very happy with our salesman (Ty Chapman) and

We are very happy with our salesman (Ty Chapman) and would recommend him to anyone! He did everything from selling us our vehicle in February of 2023 to still making sure everything is still going great today! We feel he is a true salesman as most of the time your salesman sells you a vehicle and than figure their job is done but in reality it?s not if they ever want to sell you another vehicle! Way to go Ty and we really enjoy your ongoing relationship with us!

Awesome experience!

Awesome experience!! Salespeople was so in touch with the cars technology. Just dialed in on all the features. I don’t know what the dealership is doing to take them to this level but keep it up. Randy knows his way around these systems The Johnsons

Great car buying experience at Rapid City

We purchased a used truck from Denny Menholt in Rapid Chevrolet. The process was painless and professional. Eric was the salesman. Answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend them for purchasing vehicles and would use their services again if we needed to buy another vehicle.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE for service

This is the second time bringing in a vehicle. We were told that the vehicle was under warranty when we scheduled appointment. We did a diagnostic check prior to taking it in. Denny Menholt Rapid Chevy service department is a joke…They told us after the service that it was no longer under warranty after telling us on the phone when we scheduled it was… plus they charged $180 for a diagnostic test that can be done at any local part store for free… DO NOT GO THERE!!

Awesome customer service

We recently bought a vehicle from Jeremy Synder and had an amazing experience. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and did not pressure us to buy. Jeremy was honest about the buying process and had great knowledge about the different buying options. He even took the time afterwards to go over all the bells and whistles of the car and said if we ever needed anything, to not hesitate in contacting him. The whole experience was great from beginning to end.
