This is the worse dealer you can get a car, because they

This is the worse dealer you can get a car, because they charge insane interest fee even if you good or excellent credit score, the Alley bank that they have charged 13% and above for interest. And when you signed the contract they said “that you will have free oil change for up to 25000 miles in any lee dealer” and when you go to make the “free oil change in any dealer” they not honor that and they send you where you bought the car and in that dealer they tell you the free oil is not included in the contract and they don’t going to do it either for free, that you have to pay. I totally disagree with this dealership. I don’t recommend it a all is the worse place you can get a car. I fully recommend Toyota the offer 2.4-4.5 % in interest rate. Also they don’t have the option for gap insurance either. Who ever if you have good or excellent credit score don’t put your feet in this dealership. That dealer maybe is good for people with bad credit score because they don’t have any other option. But people with good or excellent credit score don’t need to go to Lee dealers or you will regret it.

Excellent sales and service departments. They were able to find me the car I wanted to lease and deliver it the same day. Paul Allen was excellent to work with, as was the finance and sales manager.

Thank you to the Auburn Lee Auto team! Brigham provided answers to all of my questions and made me feel very confident in my decision to purchase a Pathfinder. He encouraged me to get exactly what I wanted even though they didn’t have it in stock. He and his manager, Steve, found one with Platinum trim in my preferred exterior and interior colors. Within 6 days I had the exact car I wanted! The paperwork was quick and painless. Tony and Taylor were also so friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough good about the team. I felt very valued as a customer which is rare these days. Highly recommend Brigham and Lee Auto in Auburn.

Paul Allen with Lee Auto in Auburn put me in the right

Paul Allen with Lee Auto in Auburn put me in the right car for the right price for me. He went over everything and gave me some great advice. Gage in the finance department was very helpful and I really appreciated how he worked with me. I love my Nissan Versa and would recommend Lee Auto to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

It took over four hours to close the deal on a Nissan

It took over four hours to close the deal on a Nissan Rogue lease. All the preliminary work had already been done. Then my intro to the vehicle took less than ten minutes, no test drive, little to no description of the operating systems such as heat/air, climate control, how to start and stop, radio, etc. Just a very poor job. I will not be back next time.. Sorry Lipshultz family.

No on site service department.

No on site service department. Can’t schedule unless you call a number, then they take your car someplace else to work on it. If you need dealer only service, go to literally any other Nissan dealership than this one. It is a joke. I have been an automotive repairer for over 30 years, do not go here.

I was in your “service department” this very morning attempting to resolve an issue with a problem repair. There isn’t a record of you servicing my vehicle because a very polite blonde lady in the service department told me that there wasn’t a service department on site and technicians were not available on site and gave me a number to call to schedule an appointment because apparently I can’t just schedule when I’m standing there at the counter. I have scheduled service at a different Nissan dealership that has technicians available to collaborate with other repair facilities. Thanks for the prompt response.
