Beware!

Beware!! My husband and I bought a 2024 Chevy Silverado from this place on December 31st. The AC has never worked. The first time we brought in our new truck with the problem they charged it with coolant and sent us on our way. Told my husband that the "factory robots forgot to put in coolant". A month later, we are driving and all of a sudden, hot air out of the vents again! We call the service center, bring it in and now are being told that they need a part to fix it that will take 3 weeks to get!! On top of that they will not put coolant in it because of its cost to them, and the fact that they know it will leak out. So they want us to run our new truck, still under warranty, with the compressor dry. Additionally, they will not provide a loaner vehicle because, as they put it, "the truck is technically operable". We are reviewing lemon laws and consulting a lawyer! This majorly affects the resale value of the vehicle. SO that's the standard of quality at Emerson Chevrolet for a $50,000 truck, "It's still drivable".

service

This was my second appointment trying to get warranty items fixed. I have to take time off work to do this. I miss the dealer I have used for the past 20 years that provided a shuttle service so I did t have to miss work. The first time they did not have parts for the 2 warranty items and the second time they only had half the parts so fixed one item but was not able to fix the other as they did not have the parts. I understand it has been hard to get parts at this time but they should have reached out to me to see if I would like to reschedule since they did not have all the parts so I could get everything done in one appointment.

great dealership

I needed to replace my older truck and after shopping around, I found Emerson here in Auburn. Being new to the area, I wanted to stay local if I could find the right deal. My wife and I went in and met with Brian Dennis. They stayed late to help us and after trying out several trucks and narrowing things down, we found the truck I wanted. The finance dept. worked and found us a good lender for our deal. I drove out with a truck I never thought I could get but they made it affordable and the price right. I got a truck much nicer than I anticipated and I couldn't be happier. The service dept. set up the truck nicely, and made sure I was satisfied. They demonstrated a level of personal and professional service that makes you want to go back in the future. This is what its all about. Many thanks to Brian Dennis, and the whole dealership. You guys rock !
