Great Buying Experience!

The service was impeccable. Our salesman spent a long time making sure we knew everything about the Acadia. He also called us the next day to make sure all was well and to ask if we had any questions. Excellent.

We truly appreciate the fine service that we receive when we bring our vehicle in for service. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and willing to help address any issues . . . so far we haven't had any issues, but we appreciate the staff in the service department. We were in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done with minimal wait. We asked about the amp gauge, but we were reassured that everything was okay. We love of GMC Sierra ! As a courtesy, I wish they would have run my truck through the car wash. This was the only time that didn't. The vehicle could have used it at that time ! Thank you !

2014 Buick Encore

All the help was very helpful and courteous. I love the car and does so many things I never realized it would. We call it our "our magic car.

Buying a used car

Ross Elliot's experience should be a bench mark for your dealership. My credit score was not the best, but that did not matter to Ross. He worked very hard to get me financed and got us into a great vehicle. Our buying experience with HART was the best we ever experienced. We will be loyal customers to Ross/Hart in the future.

Persistent Technician Finds Root Cause Of Problem

I live in West Branch but had recently purchased a pre-owned Cadillac, with remaining GM Warranty, in the Detroit Area two and a half hours away. When I became concerned with an unusual and elusive engine noise I decided to take the car to Hart for diagnosis as it was impractical to return to the selling dealer. I had previously had good experience with their parts department for a previous Cadillac. The service consultant that took down the details of the problem did so precisely. The technician could not instantly diagnose the problem and retained the car for further investigations. I was provided with a loaner (brand new!). To arrive at the root cause of the problem involved dismantling the engine! The problem was found to be a bolt in the timing gear train that had sheared off (manufacturing fault). Repair was deemed impractical. GM authorized an engine replacement! I feel that the accuracy and attention given to me by service consultant and the perseverance of the service tech who was not satisfied until he reached that ah-ha moment turned what could easily have been a frustrating experience into a satisfying one.
