I knew what I wanted and didnt want and there was no

I knew what I wanted and didnt want and there was no pressure to change my mind. Being a female I wasnt talked down to which is usually how Im treated at car dealership. They were quick, efficient and friendly.

My 2014 Ram 3500 had a recall to check and replace any

My 2014 Ram 3500 had a recall to check and replace any defective wheel studs. First appt. determined there was an issue. Second appt. was to make the correction which was done BUT, on leaveing Crosstown, I had almost no brakes! Joe, the service advisor was good and took it right back in however, the truck had to be left an additional day to fix what ever the mechanic did to create the brake failure. Shouldn't the vehicle be checked for "all systems working before departure"? I might note here that the only time I bring my truck in is for recall work because of past attempt at ripping me off. I needed the headlight switch changed and was told it would be $315.00! REALLY! It is a $65.00 part and less than five minutes to change it! Watch out boys! It is the information age and it will bite you when you are deceptive!

I've purchased before never again!

When Jeep Renegades came out, I could not order one. Service was horrible. When I took it in for service it was like walking in a mens locker room. And I had to choose a service program that made my payments go way up from my payment plan.
