Unsatisfied Customer

Its pretty sad when you have a tire that has been losing air for months and you've taken it in 3x and they still don't seem to fix it. They keep showing me the "bubbles" of where the leak may be, but for some reason its constantly losing air. I told them they need to make it right and fix it ! They have rotated my tires more than once and always the same tire is losing air no matter which position its in on the vehicle. TheN someone, and they know who, told me that its normal to have the same tire lose air. Really ????? So, that means no matter which position the tire is in its normal to always have that tire with the problem. Is that because the other 3 just float in the air !!!! The service department sucks, they are very condescending and sarcastic when speaking with me. They really shouldn't be acting that way, garage workers that have a real problem fixing a tire have nothing to brag about, especially when they can't fix the tire !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Long story short I actually took it to a local garage and they fixed it.......IMAGINE THAT !!!!!!!!!! I will never buy another vehicle from them !!

Waste of time

Told me to go home and that they would call and let me know if I got approved, NEVER CALLED. Wasted my whole day waiting. Couldn't even call to say I wasn't approved.

I bought a new vehical on 04/14/16. It was a great experience. GARY MITCHELL our sale representative was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted. MY fiance and I hate the thought of car shopping, but this experience was the best. We would definitely recommend Darlings to everyone.

Two bad Experiences

My wife and I were looking for a Dodge Challenger a couple of years ago and went to Darlings, the salesman was pleasant we asked to take a test drive and the salesman said no problem and went to get the key. The salesman came back and stated "My manager will not let you take a test drive". He went on to say that they did not want to put miles on the Challenger's for test drives, this was not the salesman's fault and he was nice, however the manager did not make an appearance to offer any explanation, this was two years ago. We bought a Challenger at a dealership that did not have any problem with us test driving one. I brought the vehicle into Darlings for warranty work about a month ago with one of the problems being the driver's side door handle lock inoperable. Service stated that they had to order parts, we went to pick up the car and there was mud all over the car. Talked with the sales manager who offered to wash it and was apologetic and that it should not have happened however, they are having construction done. I refused his offer and told him that I wanted to make him aware and that I did not find it acceptable, but it was just a mistake. I dropped the car off about a week later for the door handle to be repaired, service called and said the wrong part came in (passenger's side not driver's) and they could fix it tomorrow. Picked the car up the next day and found a 3 inch long scratch above the driver's side door handle along with the door handle still not operating properly and a lot of wind noise that was not previously there. Brought the car in to have the scratch fixed and the wind noise taken care of, I called that afternoon and they had taken care of the scratch but the door needed a gasket and they would install it tomorrow. Next day they called and stated the wrong gasket had come in and they would have it in tomorrow which was Friday. I could not pick the car up over the weekend due to work, came in Monday after talking with service that I would be there after 5 to pick it up. Picked up the car with the scratch still above the handle (they poorly attempted to buff it out) and thick mud in the wheel wells and all over the bottom of the car. The irony is that they would not let me test drive their car and this is how they treat mine.

I have Purchased 5 vehicles from the dealer. I have had my services performed there and have been very satisfied. Their prices are equal to other service providers and the repair is doneright the first time and on time.
