Oil change

They are always very accommodating. Service work or oil changes they do a great job. Been going to Plach for years. Highly recommend using them.

Easy service for oil changes

I take all three of our cars to Plach for routine oil changes. I also buy genuine GM parts here. I needed a gas cap to replace one that no longer 'clicked' and they had it in stock. I love same day service like that, especially when I expected to have to order it and wait for a 2008 vehicle. They are always quick for an oil change, not spilling on my engine like some garages do.

Excellent Service!!!

Plach is an outstanding dealership! I was having engine trouble and other dealers could not find the problem. Plach provided me with a very nice loaner car while they fixed my car. I was very happy to get my car fixed, but it was hard to return their loaner car! I am very happy with the repairs they made on my car and plan to return to them in the future.

Actually purchased our mercedes elsewhere, based on salesmanship alone. Hunter (salesman) acted as if he was doing us a favor by selling us the car. The next dealership got the asking price from us, just because we were treated properly.

I appreciate you letting us know of your experience, though it is painful knowing we failed on our promise to provide the best sales and service experience, it is an important step in correction. Dropped car off to have work done, picked up at the end of the day. Work done within the estimate guideline. Computer was slow getting service work entered.

Car Shopping

I had inquired about one of their used cars and e-mailed back and forth a bit. They seemed very nice, even offered to drive the car down to me which I believe is about 40 miles to take it for a test drive. I did not take them up on the offer, well at least not yet I still haven't purchased either.

Beautiful Dealership

The remodeling of the dealership is beautiful but I didn't realize that Plach no longer sold Dodge vehicles until I asked to see a Dodge Caliber.

We do not carry new Dodge inventory however, we do carry an extensive inventory of used vehicles.
