Easy and best car buying experience ever.

Easy and best car buying experience ever. Jason Konstant responded quickly, answered all my questions, I test drove it, negotiated, was financed, and bought the XT5 in less just over an hour combined. Rocky in Finance didn't blanket send the loan application, got me a great rate, and we closed the deal. My truck payment was pulled the same day they paid it off, and they cut a check for refunding the payment within 24hrs. Class Act, Easy to work with, Make good deals, Do what they say, and don't waste your time! If you're buying a GMC or CADILLAC see Jason and Rocky at Spearfish GMC Cadillac!

Easy and best car buying experience ever. Recent troubleshooting

Thank you for figuring out the issue. My only wish is the issue would have been looked at when we initially stopped in and not requiring us to schedule an appointment and a second trip to the dealership.

TOP NOTCH

We decided this last week that we needed a bigger pickup. Spearfish Motors had the one that we wanted and our Sales Consultant was outstanding to work with! Jason and Kristi were fantastic to work with and on point. We looked our 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500HD over on a Monday afternoon, and drove it home Tuesday morning. Their Service Department is also top shelf as we have had our previous pickup serviced here. This is our dealer of choice, and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this team.

Spearfish Motors

They repair my car perfectly everytime. Accurate estimates. Accurate time frames. They know what they're doing. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. Rare now days. One time I thought I needed a lower ball joint (because my friend told me I did) they looked at it and said no you don't. Impressive.

Best service away from home!

We were recently travelling across the country from Massachusetts when we experienced an engine problem with our Acadia. Being far from home, we stopped into a large GMC dealeship for help. However, help we did not find. We were turned away after being told we would have to wait 3 weeks for service we needed. This was unacceptable to us, so we left and found Spearfish Motors. Such a friendly and accommodating dealership! The work was expedited, the repair was made immediately, and our vacation was able to continue without delay. Service Manager John Martin and his staff took a potential vacation-ruining situation and saved the day -- and the trip! Meeting the Spearfish Motors staff is part of our great adventure and memories. Thank you so much!

Suburban Service Repair

The experience at dealership was good, the quality of the Suburban with the plastic door panels by windows coming loose is very disappointing and with a known problem the company should support an update and not require the owner to pay the high cost of parts.

Good folks at Spearfish Motors - Spearfish, SD

We shopped around for a new vehicle for several weeks and found our best deal at Spearfish Motors, It was not a high pressure sale. The company wanted to make sure we got a vehicle with the base features, colors, and options we wanted. The salesman was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns, , needs, and wants. All in all, it was a very good experience.
