Just took delivery of our 12th family vehicle from Matt Lafontaine. I don't look anywhere else when I need a vehicle. I always get a great deal there and their customer service is A+. Why go anywhere else?

I took my 2015 Chevy Silverado.
I took my 2015 Chevy Silverado. In for some recalls, and the AC was working when I took it in and when I got it back. It had very low Refrigerant on in it and it didn't work Cause I was gonna have a look at my tire because it was. I think it needed to be balanced. And they won a 160 bucks. And I told them to keep their hands off my tire So I don't know if the service write up people get commission. I'll call what updates sell and they let Refrigerate out of my system. But that's what I'm suspecting. Today in my body next door that to mechanic, he filled up my refrigerant and it's been fine. Every cent that hasn't lost any pressure.

Good morning sorry you were confused about your service, clearly your accusations are malicious. We have very professional, highly trained professionals and making those kinds of claims are unfounded, especially on a 10 year or truck. Glad we could take care of your recalls for free still.

Everything is working good now It took a while while the
Everything is working good now It took a while while the dealership in Florida mucked everything up after breaking the block while changing the starter. Pulling the motor out then welding it and then reinstalling it sending back to us after a month in the shop in Fla. they sent the truck back to Michigan it never ran right. Took it to Matt Lafontaine in Grayling they worked on it for another week finally figured out that a cable was not plugged in right and was causing motor too not run right. Mind you it wouldn't have been bad however the problem was unusual and very difficult to trouble shoot. However as I sad its running fine now after parts and Labor $1,700.00 they did a good job, the Dealer in Destin Fla. Did not!
