Testdrive

Had an appointment to test drive a vehicle, when I got there I was told that it had been sold,they didn't bother to even text or call me. I drove 160 miles round trip for nothing. The person I worked with didn't seem to concerned about my travels. Very disappointed in this dealership.

Stay away!!

Buyer beware! We had had a few other dealings with Williams years ago that weren't great, and had stayed away. However, they had a truck that we were looking for, so decided to give them another chance. We were happy with the sales guy we dealt with, loved the truck, but decided to wait a few days to discuss. We called to discuss price, and talked with a manager who negotiated a fair price with us. We asked what we had to do to hold the truck (assuming we should put some money down), he said "nothing, I'll go put a sold sign on it and you can come up in the morning and complete the sale". Not five minutes later we got a call from our sales guy stating that someone else was coming to look at the truck in the morning, and we were now 2nd in line. We explained that we had closed the deal, and were coming to finalize in the morning. We were told that we had to wait and that they would let us know by 10:30 the next morning. We never heard from them again. No one even called to apologize. Way to go Williams - what an awful way to do business. You've now lost our business forever, and we work and live in the area and will go out of our way to steer people away from you.

Disappointing

Purchased a $25,000/2.5 year old vehicle less than a month ago. It is already having suspension issues and have it scheduled next week for service. A few days ago took it into the quick lube there only to have to drop almost $400 in maintenance that needed to be done. Quick Lube employee named off a hand full of things that I should have service look at during my upcoming appt for the suspension issue. I realize routine maintenance is necessary, but you don’t expect to have to do that much within only a few weeks of purchasing a fairly new vehicle for that price. Was told that our bumper to bumper warranty would cover a rental in full. Asked about a rental and first was told that wouldn’t be possible, then we were told we’d have a portion of the rental covered and only if the vehicle was in for X amount of days. No one seems to know what’s going on there. Called the used sales manager and I received nothing but excuses. Asked about trading it in for another vehicle since I was within 30 days and got the run around. Extremely disappointed not only in our vehicle but the service we’ve received.

Good service, need better communication

Williams provides good service. We were a little disappointed with communication. We left messages to find status of your vehicle. Never received communication back. Had we not shown up at dealer before they closed, the car would have been kept for another day.

Horrible service! Sales staff comes off harassing!

Horrible service; don’t waste your time!!!! After I drove 3 hours to come down there, I already felt harassed and bothered from the multiple calls from their sales staff and the sales manager throughout the week! I arrived not really wanting to be there, but felt obligated to do so. I had one person speak to me (Adam) and he was very pushy trying to get me into vehicles I didn’t like; didn’t even ask me what I was looking for! I have had my phone being blown up through out the day by Garrett and earlier that day by his “manager” Jordan. Garrett would continually harass me by calling me and texting me. Finally I texted him back for the last time and politely told him that I was there and didn’t see anything I wanted and already spoked to someone and thanked him for his time. With Garrett texting me back; “thanks for wasting my time” and “my credit sucks anyway!” Good job William’s! Wondering…Garrett you don't have access to my SSN how would you know what my credit score is? Very unprofessional and pathetic! I don’t recommend them; unless you are able to get a professional sales associate. (I have screen shots of the calls and texts).

CarS repair

Had 3 of our cars in for general maintenance and repairs. They were flexible, honest, and quick do them. We appreciate this team at Williams!

Don't waste your time

Someone from this dealership asked me to being my car in for an appraisal, they need cars for the used lot bad! Wasted my time, KBB I ran that morning said $8100 trade in value, they offered me $4000. Two other local dealers at least offered $6000. Williams does not have a good reputation locally and proved that today. I was also offered a car wash for the trouble of bringing my car out, which is normally garaged in winter, in the salt and snow, didn't even make good on that promise.

Parts Support : Dave

I just wanted to state that I originally ordered a part (online) from Palmen GMG in Kenosha, WI.. It showed in stock and allowed me to order it - after 20 minutes they called me and told me they didn't have it and cancelled my order. They gave me your phone# and said you "might" have one in stock (they weren't sure). I called and talked to Dave who was very pleasant to work with and very honest and forthright. Overall I had a very good experience with your dealerships service department.
