After visiting another dealer I walked in and was greeted immediately. The sales person listened to what we wanted. Looked at inventory to show us the... color we wanted. Then set up a new car order to meet our needs. Sure beat the other dealership that repeatedly tried to sell us one that was immediately available! Thanks Joe & Steve for your help!!

Went back and forth with a sales person for a week. Asked many times “ anything wrong with the car?” “Dents, scratches?”. The response was alway “car is... in perfect condition” . So I decided to take the plunge. I do the financing over the phone. Was told it was 4% for 60 months. Sounds great. So I set up a time to go pick up the car. I live almost three hours away so I tell them Saturday. All set. First thing when I walk in the door I’m told the bank that was doing the financing is not open on Saturday’s so we can’t use that one. (Why wasn’t this brought up before?). So now I get a weird feeling. Oh well maybe it was an honest mistake. I go out to look at the car and I was at a lose for words. Dents everywhere. MASSIVE scraps on both front and back doors on both sides. Whoever tried to “fix” the body work was horrible. I asked why I wasn’t told about the damage to the car and they said “well the way it was parked we couldn’t see it”. Truly the most unprofessional dealership I have EVER been to. I got in my car and drove home without even test driving the car. After a couple hours I emailed the sales person and nicely said how rude and unprofessional the whole experience was. Why would they contact me and say “hey sorry for wreaking you Saturday and not being honest. How can we make it right?”

Cody worked diligently to find the problem with my car. He did not give up until he solved the problem. It is so nice to have my car running great again.... The entire team are friendly and courteous. A great place to do business with.
Chuck got me right in and had the vehicle checked out. He then contacted the warranty company to cover the repair to the power steering pump. They also... completed a number of fluid changes that was needed and replaced the front brakes.
When I got there you could already tell it was going to be a quick stop to see the car I was look ping for I went in and asked for the car and within 3... minutes they alhad the car ready for a test drive then the buying process was super easy
