When looking at cars they tell you how great the car is but after purchasing they do nothing but charge you for every little thing. Second time purchasing from them. Never again!

The service department of this dealership helped me out
The service department of this dealership helped me out in a big way when I was visiting from out of state and having trouble with my FORD truck! I was driving through Kalkaska, MI on a horse trip as part of the Shore to Shore trail ride across the state of Michigan. I was from out of state and was in a bind as the "check engine" light came on in my F350 Ford truck. I took my truck to Serra Ford early on the morning of June 6, 2024 before they were open and left it with an explanation of my situation. They called me at 7:15am and told me that they "would be happy to take a look at my truck in 3 weeks if i could leave it there?" I asked if they could even tell me if it was safe to drive? They said that they would have to evaluate it to find that out and that they didn't have any time to do that! I was furious with their lack of customer service for a FORD owner from out of state in need of help! So I called the Chevrolet Dealership next door (Voice Motor Sales) and they were willing to work me into their schedule and even offered to WALK OVER TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP TO GET MY TRUCK!!! They had to order parts and had my truck fixed that day! So the Chevy dealership fixed my FORD truck for me!!!

Most salesmen I deal with is by email or chat. Being that myself and my spouse are a mixed couple we've gotten some awful dealerships however NOT THIS ONE🤓. Which it's about time a dealership like this one didn't try to give us a scrappy deal NO!! This dealership not only gave us a great deal but treated us as customers. Even if any of the salesman felt differently they kept it to themselves an treated us with respect and for that we are lifetime customers. We will be back in 2 yrs to trade our 2024 Chevy Equinox LS for a Traverse. Surprised us both being that Kalkaska MI doesn't seem like it has many mixed couples. We're not from there but we drove all the way there just to do business with them and will do it again. Thanks to Mitch, his assistant, an the other gentlemen we delt with. We share our experience with lots of people regardless if we know them or not.

This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was trying to buy a truck from Williams Chevy in Traverse City, but it was ungodly unpleasant so I left and contacted Voice. Within minutes of Inquiring, I had a sales person reach out and help get the perfect truck. Within 2 days, we had everything finalized and they even delivered the truck to my doorstep w/ a full tank of gas. Highly recommend doing business with Voice, I know they got a lifetime customer out of me!!

I have sent between 10&15 messages about a 2004 GMC Envoy, chatted with their on-line assistant, that keeps telling me that someone will get back to me as soon as someone is available. In 2wks. I've not heard anything! Very poor communication!

Maybe someone should be made responsible for keeping track, at least part of the time. I would think that most people expect some kind of response when requesting information. I, for one, don't have the gas or time to waist just driving around to see what's on the lots. I was very interested in one of your cars, but no one would give me the time of day, I still don't know anything!
