Bought my car at Voice and was happy with the purchase.

Bought my car at Voice and was happy with the purchase. I am not happy with the service department. Took my car in for a light coming on. They said they fixed it but I needed new tires. I purchased my current tires in October 2024. Hum. Cost me approximately $600 Got the car home and the problem still was not fixed. Took it back to them and they said I needed a new battery. I had just had my battery tested and it was fine. Problem still not fixed. I had a code reader put on it somewhere else and it came up with a different, simple repair instead. It also came up with a reading of 50,000 miles more than the odometer shows on it. Hum

Try email but you didn't my answer or you pay attention what I say look for 2015 between 2019 used car good mile like 30,000 V6 save gas look for red marroon Chevy equinox LS that kind I want so I can't afford pay 400 to 600 only good deal nice car good runner like 160 month payment but my car about wore out some reason many miles I need fix before trader or later o don't know when?

Alex S. In sales was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, no pressure, and responded quickly to all communications (phone, text, email). Finance gentleman was very good. No pressure on add on items and quick with paperwork. It was worth our hour drive from west Cadillac to get there. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back. I shoppintetest rates for lians at multiple banks/credit unions prior to purchase. Theirs came in lower. Super experience. See Alex S. You won't be disappointed.

When looking at cars they tell you how great the car is but after purchasing they do nothing but charge you for every little thing. Second time purchasing from them. Never again!

The service department of this dealership helped me out

The service department of this dealership helped me out in a big way when I was visiting from out of state and having trouble with my FORD truck! I was driving through Kalkaska, MI on a horse trip as part of the Shore to Shore trail ride across the state of Michigan. I was from out of state and was in a bind as the "check engine" light came on in my F350 Ford truck. I took my truck to Serra Ford early on the morning of June 6, 2024 before they were open and left it with an explanation of my situation. They called me at 7:15am and told me that they "would be happy to take a look at my truck in 3 weeks if i could leave it there?" I asked if they could even tell me if it was safe to drive? They said that they would have to evaluate it to find that out and that they didn't have any time to do that! I was furious with their lack of customer service for a FORD owner from out of state in need of help! So I called the Chevrolet Dealership next door (Voice Motor Sales) and they were willing to work me into their schedule and even offered to WALK OVER TO THE FORD DEALERSHIP TO GET MY TRUCK!!! They had to order parts and had my truck fixed that day! So the Chevy dealership fixed my FORD truck for me!!!

Most salesmen I deal with is by email or chat.

Most salesmen I deal with is by email or chat. Being that myself and my spouse are a mixed couple we've gotten some awful dealerships however NOT THIS ONE🤓. Which it's about time a dealership like this one didn't try to give us a scrappy deal NO!! This dealership not only gave us a great deal but treated us as customers. Even if any of the salesman felt differently they kept it to themselves an treated us with respect and for that we are lifetime customers. We will be back in 2 yrs to trade our 2024 Chevy Equinox LS for a Traverse. Surprised us both being that Kalkaska MI doesn't seem like it has many mixed couples. We're not from there but we drove all the way there just to do business with them and will do it again. Thanks to Mitch, his assistant, an the other gentlemen we delt with. We share our experience with lots of people regardless if we know them or not.

From Sean to Mitch Voice himself, everyone has been very receptive and supportive. We’re working on financing right now, in hopes of driving GMC off the lot. I would highly recommend Voice Motors to anyone in the market for new or used vehicles. This is the place to go!
