This could have been DEVASTATING!!!

We purchased a used f150 signed the paperwork and handed them a check. My wife started the vehicle to drive home to St Paul, but before she even put the truck in gear a great billow or smoke started coming from under the truck. All I could think is xxxx I'm screwed. It was late in the day so they assured us that if we left the truck they would have a mechanic look at it in the morning. I got a call the next morning explaining that a defective hose was allowing oil to enter the intake causing the smoke. They ordered the part from ford, installed it and delivered the truck to our home in St Paul. I felt comfortable during the whole process. I may not have been treated this well at other dealerships. I do know that I'll be back and will recommend this business to family and friends. Terry Beckman St Paul

Great Service

I had my Q5 in for oil change and to put on new rims on snow tires. Personnel always are welcoming and accommodating. mechanic found a leak in my coolant system and service manager will contact me when parts are in for replacement and repair.

My first visit was far beyond my expectations! From the phone call to set up my appointment, to the shuttle driver, the guy behind the desk, the cashier, to the gentleman that vacuumed my car, you were all exceptional! Prices were reasonable and customer service was prefect. thank you so much!
