    We have bought 5 Hyundais, one Honda and my father has bought a used pickup truck as well. I can't speak to the Honda service center as I have not used... it, but the Hyundai service is top notch and easy to setup times. Chuck Mawby is absolutely excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. Also excellent is Chris Flaten as he has been our sales guy for years and is always professional, well versed in the vehicles he sells and is honest. He works to sell you the car YOU need, not necessarily the most expensive. I HIGHLY recommend Ken Vance Motors and be sure to ask for Chris Flaten for sales and Chuck Mawby for Hyundai service.. Worth asking for them specifically...

    My husband test drove a used Kia Sorento. After doing an overall check, we decided to purchase it. Our salesperson, Rita, was very warm and friendly and... made the process very smooth without being pushy. Financing was without issue. After signing the papers, my husband drove his new vehicle home which is 1 hour away. He showed it off to our younger kids who immediately wanted a ride. When my husband turned on the ignition, the battery light came on and stayed on for their short ride. He then ran an errand, the battery light was still lit up. My husband called Rita because we had the car in our possession for 2 hours, and something was wrong. With his own tools, he assessed the alternator was not working. We were given an early time slot for the shop to look at it. By the time he pulled into the parking lot, all of the lights were on, and it was obviously difficult to put it into park. The shop agreed that the alternator was not working, and quoted us a $900 price to have it fixed. The price was negotiated to around $350 which we had to pay because my husband could not get it back home in its condition without being towed for 60 miles. After being told that their vehicles are cleared by the service department, we are wary of going back to his dealer. We're thankful that we did not have to pay the full amount, but should we have had to pay anything if they had not caught that before selling it to us? Also, what else did they miss?

    Excellent experience for buying a car or getting repairs done. Bob, the sales guy is awesome and funny. Thia is the 2and used car I've bought from them... and I have purchased a new car from them as well. They are very good at acknowledging obligations as long as the customer is aware of their own.

    Have now purchased 4 cars from this dealership. Always take them back for scheduled maintenance. Have never had an issue and was always treated very... well. Looking to get our 5th car this spring. Kevin Klinkhammer is exceptional.

    Went in for a scheduled oil change. A few days later, a family member took the car out of the garage there was oil on the floor. I checked the car over... myself and found a loose oil plug. Oil change 101, tighten the oil plug. Stay off your cell phone while changing oil. Yes.. I saw the tech. on his phone while working. I had more issues than this... just not enough room to put in... STAY AWAY from SERVICE.... GREAT Sales Dept. though. Bad news.. no SERVICE.. no SALES..... sorry Honda.

    Who knew we were going to buy a car today? We didn't think so, but after researching for months and checking out places for weeks we stopped in to Ken... Vance Motors and was won over by a price and car we couldn't possibly pass up! Thanks to Rita A and the gang for all of your help and expertise!!! Loving our Ford Edge!!!!!

    We highly recommend asking for Jason C. when you go to Ken Vance Motors! He really listened to our needs for our new car, (Even when my husband and I ... were looking for different features!) and came up with the perfect car for both of us. He was so knowledgeable about all the brands, models, and options. Even after we drove away in our new car, he made sure we were satisfied and answered questions I had about features on the vehicle. He was very honest and did not pressure us in any way. I would highly recommend working with Jason and I just love my new Hyundai!
