Appointment was scheduled without oil filters in stock.
Appointment was scheduled without oil filters in stock. Incorrect mats ordered and left in the back of car without install. Car was not washed as advertised

They were nice at first.
They were nice at first. I finished the car buying process and they brought the second key fob out to send me on my way and it didn’t work. I brought it to their attention and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Servicing my vehicle was delayed because of neglect to
Servicing my vehicle was delayed because of neglect to get it into a stall right away. After waiting for the completion of my vehicle's servicing I went out to the desk and found out that it had not been taken into a stall for servicing. Human error, tough we all make human errors. I was compensated and consoled by not having to pay for a major cost of the service. I was satisfied with that.

Hello I was greet by Sam when I arrived.
Hello I was greet by Sam when I arrived. She quickly found my data in your system, asked me if I needed anything else and proceeded. I keep getting notices on my car carplay that I need to update the software. I do not know now how. Nevertheless Sam checked with others and could not find a Update. I still get the popup. Perhaps someday someone can tell me how to update the software, passwords, etc. For this time, the car was delivered on time, and everything was perfect. Thank you!
