I had my truck in for warranty work, and had to have it

I had my truck in for warranty work, and had to have it in multiple times, and they said I needed 6000 dollars worth of work, and I took it to another shop and none of what they says was wrong was actually wrong

I've written a number of reviews about this dealership.

I've written a number of reviews about this dealership. I've compared repairs quotes from the dealership to two separate independent shops in the area and it was far more cost effective to bring my vehicle here for repairs - thus we keep bringing all three of our vehicles here. We're treated fairly and they go above and beyond. In fact, when i was in last week for a number of repairs and mileage reimbursements, I got such honest advice I told Sam "you realize dealerships are supposedly evil and you're proving they're not!" She said customer comes first. Her advice was spot on. I trust Samantha, I trust Nate and they keep me coming back.

Overall, a good experience.

Overall, a good experience. The person working the Front Desk was new, but she herself was also a tech. When the oil change was performed, the wrong oil filter was used, and she was able to catch that mistake and correct it. On the one hand, I think it was a significant mistake to put the wrong oil filter in, but on the other hand, your person at the desk was great and I was very thankful to her.

Service was good.

Service was good. There was a new guy working in the service department area. When he wasn't sure about the answer he went and asked somebody. That was great. Better than guessing and saying something that's not correct. The service advisor (Samantha) called after the car was looked at and gave me my options.
