My husband and I went in with Our 2023 Mercedes

My husband and I went in with Our 2023 Mercedes convertible, to get two new tires. Because it was an insurance claim, the tires needed to be save They put the two tires in bags in the backseat. Apparently, as they Put the tire down, the bag squished down. We went home and took the tires out of the car right away, because we had to put the car seats back in. A few days later, we bought a new car seat, and my husband noticed writing on the seat. He thought it was from the car seat, but I didn’t agree. A couple weeks went by and he looked at it and realized that it was the markings from the tire. We met with David Quirk, who took the car in his possession and brought it to the detail department. When He came back, he told us that he would not take any responsibility for the markings that the tiremade on our one year-old car. He said he couldn’t get the marking off. What concerned me is that if he wasn’t responsible, then why did did he try? I am just shocked. I’ve already downloaded the paperwork and it looks like we’re going to go to small claims court. They put markings on my car and then according to my attorney, they took responsibility and brought it into their detailer but when they couldn’t get the marks out, that they made, they decided not to take care of it It. He also said he tried to get other stains out, but couldn’t. As soon as my husband got home, he tried to get the other stain out, and it came out immediately Looks like Mr. Cork just decided to go for joy around the dealership and didn’t even try. It’s funny because we’ve bought several vehicles from them And my last vehicle that I bought elsewhere was a lemon. My husband and I have been looking at Mercedes SUVs. We will be heading down to Saco to buy it. We contacted them today and they told us to come down and they will give us an estimate as to how much it is to repair the damage that another Mercedes dealership did. He made excuses like it was hot. Hey David, guess what? It’s summer. If it was too hot to put the tires in, then they shouldn’t have. His excuse was that we signed. They put the tires in the car and yes, we did sign. I guess I didn’t know that we needed to take the tires back out of the car look at our vehicle and then put them back in the car. That is the most ridiculous statement my lawyer has ever heard.

Absolutely fantastic place to buy!

Absolutely fantastic place to buy! The staff here is amazing and always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Katelyn Eaton if your in the market for a new or used vehicle! She always goes above and beyond my expectations!! They are not high pressure and will do exactly what they can to get you into a vehicle of your choice! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Rude sales people.

Spoke with Brian Giroux. It was not a pleasant experience. He was rude and did not know the product well. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

brake service light

A 10 year old e320...looks and feels new...needed expensive brake work (sensotronic replacement) They did an excellent job of documenting the errors and showing possible alternatives, so they went and replaced the pump/controller unit, flushed and bled the system, did some extra work (state inspection) without incurring extra charges, came in approx. 100$ below estimate, took 3 hours to complete the job, I checked afterwards, everything cleaned up, no errors, all works 100%. It was a scheduled job, everyone was ready, no wait, parts were not normally stocked but were brought in and were on site, I am pleased and I don't see how this job could have been done better, it was exactly 100%, thanks to all!

THE BEST

I was looking for a new car and Quirk Auto was the best to deal with. Tim Patten was great and even met the owner Mr. Quirk. They made me a great deal and had everything signed sealed and delivered in no time. No games no second guessing, just super professional and ethical. A rare thing to find in the car business for sure I would highly recommend and tell everyone not to hesitate to make their purchase at Quirk Auto Park. Told them they have our family as customer for life.
