We have been fighting with quirk for over 3 years, bought

We have been fighting with quirk for over 3 years, bought a 2019 and 2020 within a year it was using over a quart of oil every thousand miles in Quirk will not do anything about it.

QUIRK et al ISN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE.

I am not having a satisfactory buying experience AT ALL with QUIRK HYUNDAI....Despite a decades long purchasing experience and satisfactory interactions with QUIRK ET AL since buying my first convertible from them in 1983. I have since bought three more convertibles from them (1997, 1999,& 2003)...never had a purchasing issue before. Now: lt is March 2023....& l have made a SIGNIFICANT down-payment on a "SANTA CRUSE" VEHICLE... BUT I AM BEING EXCLUDED FROM PARTICIPATING THE 0.0% SALES PROMOTION DUE TO A TECHNICALITY.... EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A GOOD DECADES LONG PURCHASING RELATIONSHIP WITH QUIRK ET AL ....HAVE NEVER HAD ANY CREDIT ISSUES IN MY LIFE....HAVE SIGNIFICANT COLLATERAL....AND HAVE ACCESS MORE THAN ENOUGH FUNDS AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT IN FULL....BUT I WISH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CURRENT 0.0% SALES PROMOTION AND/OR SENIOR DISCOUNT PROGRAMS. VERY, VERY UPSET. xxx QUIRKS???!!!! YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU USED TO BE!!! YOU WANTED DETAILS....HERE YOU GO!!! YOUR SALES & FINANCING DEPTS KNOW WHO I AM & HOW TO REACH ME....I DO NOT WISH TO COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL. .

Service and parts departments are Thieves

Parts and service are incompetent and unethical. Cannot make a key right. Ruined an ignition switch. Would not assume cost of their mistakes. Stupid crooks.

Best dealership In Bangor Maine !

I have had my outlander 2011 since it was bought new off the lot I would never go back to anything but ! The service at Quirks Hundi is the most helpfull,honest and always with a smile there. I have always been treated as customers should the second you walk threw the door its like (SMILE) always know right who I am and just needed to add this for their records i give them a A+ on everything !
