Johnson Motors of Menomonie

When I was looking for a new truck, I had at least four of my friends recommend Johnson Motors. I did an extensive amount of Internet browsing for the vehicle I wanted. Now, understand, I'm not an impulse buyer and like to have all my questions answered thoroughly. I did contact other dealers and I'm pretty sure some of their salesmen have never even looked under a hood of a vehicle before. Actually, I'd be quite embarrassed if I were them. To make a long story short, it just so happens Johnson Motors in Menomonie had the one I was looking for. Hesitantly, I made an appointment with Craig Formoe, who was personally recommended. Now, there is not much more I dislike than dealing with car salesman, despise it actually. To my surprise, I was astonished at the professionalism of this dealership. Nobody was ever pushy, or got in my face about anything. They treated my family with genuine respect and pure courtesy. They answered all my questions immediately, if not immediately, they had the answer within minutes. Attention to detail, customer service, knowledge of the products they sell and respect are a few key points I'll give them accolades for. I could go on and on... Needless to say, by the end of the day, I was driving the truck home! Pretty sure this dealership gained a new customer for life that day!

I have been looking for a truck for well over a year at other dealerships in the area without any luck. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and it was at Johnson Motors. I have never stopped in there before and I'm glad I did. Ben the salesman had an extreme knowledge of the tucks they sell. I know this because after a year of my own research he informed me of things that I didn't even know. They treated me great and I never felt pressured into buying. I ended up buying the truck that I came in to look at and the sales process was smooth. I will definitely do business there again. I highly recommend Johnson Motors.

Went into the dealership not expecting to purchase a new vehicle, but to look at and test drive one with the particular feature set that we wanted (incredibly difficult to find) and drove off the lot with it. Would benefit from a better children's area, but otherwise, was a nice facility. Staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience a very good one. It was pouring out and they brought the vehicle into the service bay so that we could spend some time looking over it and getting familiar with it. Allowed us to store our personal belongings (car seats, etc.) in the same area so that we weren't constantly running outside in the rain. They also provided funds for lunch since we were there for a decent amount of time and had some down time after we made the decision to purchase (trade-in evaluation, new vehicle detailing, etc.)

I went back and forth with their email customer service agent 5 times and they didn't answer the simple couple questions about the car. Each time I asked that they simply answer me and they just beated around the bush. So there obviously must be something wrong with the car they don't want to tell you about or just don't care about customer satisfaction.

Our entire family uses Johnson Motors for both sales and service. We are always greeted with a smile and are made to feel like we are part of the family. Ron and Rob in service do an excellent job! Keep up the good work!!

Treated like a real person, not just another number. Everyone was very accomidating to myself and my 2 small children. They clearly described every step of the buying process, and gave me a great price for my trade in.
