Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints!

Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints! I stopped at Cobly Chrysler Center last week on my 250-mile journey back home to Minnesota with an electric vehicle i purchased that day. I called in earlier that day looking to see if they had an electric vehicle charger that would be compatible with my car. A man named Tim went above and beyond to be able to help me not only find the charger that was compatible with my car, but he also went out of his way to try to get me an adapter on his own time to get me safely home. Well, I was stranded over 60 miles away until the battery charged, Tim took his time to coordinate the charger getting to the dealership by the time I arrived at closing. To say I was impressed with customer service and how much he cared is an understatement! After barely making it to the dealership with all the heating in the car turned off to extend the range to make it, I arrived chill to the bone. The whole team was waiting for me and expressed extreme concern and care as they saw I was getting hypothermia with the cold and freezing. They welcomed me in, gave me an extra jacket and hot chocolate to warm up, well they went out and started charging my car. Their hospitality didn't stop there, they offered to stay or drive me into town to wait for my car to charge. At this point, Carter Grewe, offered to help tow my car, after hours and on his own time, to where I needed to go.... I was stunned. The level of kindness and generosity of their team is second to NONE! Carter loaded the car up into the flatbed truck, and we headed towards the nearest town. On the way over, he said, "You know what, we might as well get you all the way home so you're safe and warm and out of the snow." Carter ended up driving over three hours all the way from Colby, WI to southern Minnesota to drop me off at my home. The roads were really bad, but he was able to get us there safely and without any trouble with the numerous of accidents on the freeway. To say Carter and the team over at Colby Chrysler center are genuine and honest people, cannot begin to describe them. They are without a doubt the kindest and most caring people that I have met in the car industry, and they want to make sure regardless of if you buy a car there, that you are well taken care of and safe. I can genuinely say that I don't know if I would have made it back to Minnesota without the help of Carter and his team. Next time they're in Minnesota, they all have a round on me!

Only place to go..

They were the best bunch of people I know, it took awhile to get the part we needed but I got a courtesy car for a week and got around just fine and they called the minute it was done worth the wait..Thank You all..Anette Locey

They are just GREAT!!!

I was having problems with my Chevy car. Wheelers left Abbotsford now so I wanted someone to fix my car. I tried Colby Chrysler and I am so happy that I did. I wish I would have gone there the whole time. They came and towed my car, fixed it quick and treated me like gold. Shannon and the crew there are the best!

I have shop around for a new truck for months. My son...

I have shop around for a new truck for months. My son bought his truck from this dealership so I would give it a try and bought my truck on Monday from there I will have to say it the best dealership I been in for year they make you like family and treat you like family. The way it should be in a few more business and plants in world work to together in this day and age this would be a better world that we live in and outstanding service and and great people

Chrysler problem

My Chrysler Town and Country was having issues, the horn would blow, wipers went on, washer fluid poured out in buckets, doors locked, engine stopped. This happened three times while driving. I would have to open the hood and disconnect the battery cable to make it stop. After much research online I took the van to Colby Chrysler, after all it is a Chrysler, I told them I needed a new T.I.P.M. aka fuse box. "Oh it can't be that, we will do some testing to find the problem" They found nothing wrong with the T.I.P.M. but did want to replace the ignition switch which I found odd since they had recently replaced that part in a recent recall. Stupidly I agreed. Within a few days it happened again, I called them again, "I will talk to the mechanic to see if he has any ideas" I never received a call back. I just spent $789 for what??? A lot of smoke blowing, they want to sell new cars and do warranty work, anything else do not go there. I took the van to a nearby service garage and explained the problem, "Oh that's a common problem with the Chrysler's" They replaced the T.I.P.M. and problem solved. Did they think I would just get frustrated and buy another new vehicle, I don't think so, change the name to Colby Con Center.
