Outstanding service on my Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid. After a battery service elsewhere raised concerns, Withnell's shop foreman Perry S. inspected the car, found an unsecured bracket and terminal cover near the high-voltage area, and fixed it correctly. On a follow-up, Duncan Berry's team replaced the 12V battery, verified the charging system, and ran a full diagnostic scan, sharing every result. Kristopher, Bradley and Jon-Paul were all responsive, honest advisors. They genuinely know EV/PHEV systems and they show you their work. Trustworthy and skilled.

Bought a 2016 Santa Fe brand new. Have had them service it religiously since we bought it. They had been s straight up with us and helpful since we bought the vehicle. Unfortunately this time we felt they were not honest in their services on our car on July 15, 2025. I went in because the seat adjustments controls were dead. Balding guy with dark rimmed glasses told me the "worst" case scenario would be "$180 plus parts BUT if it was just a fuse or connection that came unhooked they would prorate the cost quite a bit downward." I first knew something was up when I went in for my appointment. The service manager with the beard and myself were talking and he said it could be expensive to fix it.... I replied " Well this guy here told me 2 days ago $180 + parts would be the worst case scenario." AND he immediately interjected "Best" by the time I had said "scenario". I went hmmmmm? Soooo....it was a connection under the seat that someone had kicked and disconnected. It took their mechanic a grand total of about 15 seconds (if that) to plug it back in. Their charge? $180 for their grand total of 15 seconds of work. There was no "pro-rate of the cost". They gouged me for every last penny they could ....to plug something in. Almost every reputable shop would have made this something free or seriously reduced in cost for a customer who not only purchased their car a decade ago from Hyundai but who had religiously utilized their service department a couple of times a year for everything from oil changes to engine changes over the last decade. So...as far as I am concerned they killed this golden goose. I don't like being misled. I don't like bait and switch business practices. I don't like price gouging of a captive audience. Prior to this interaction we were planning on going there in August to buy a brand new Sonata for the wife and a used car for the 16 year old. For the last decade they had been our choice for all service on our Hyundai. They were even our choice for rental vehicles several times in the last decade. We will now take our future business elsewhere.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Withnell consultant Victor was patient, respectful and most importantly listened to what I wanted taking the time to help me find the perfect rig that checked all my boxes. Therefore, making this buying experience one if not the best ever -and I'm old, plus a bit cranky -my apologies Victor! If I had any questions about Hyundai's onboard technology and warranty or a used vehicles tech and warranty (which Withnell's warranty is awesome btw), he always answered them on the spot or found the answer and quickly communicated it via a phone call or text. After test driving a few vehicles, I landed on the Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited and I couldn't be more pleased with this rig I lovingly call it my Korean El Camino and absolutely love it! Thank you, Victor, for your integrity, expertise, honesty, communication and most of all your patience. Finance Manager Dillon was also super friendly and professional, taking the time to ensure I had the best rate available, saving me money. Thank you for your integrity. He thoroughly explained each step along the way making the final step of this purchase very easy. Would highly recommend this dealership and will absolutely be a return customer. -Chris

If you are looking at discount prices posted through Cars.com, beeareyand do your due diligence. Posted in Cars.com as discount due to time unsold (car has been on the lot 147 days). Once at the dealership, given different explanatory for discounts suddenly unqualified for. Feels bait and switchy. High pressure sales. Who needs that in this cyber age? I walked out. Can get something else somewhere else.

Purchased my new 2022 Santa fe with a trade in earlier this year. Dealt with annoying and aggressive sales tactics in the beginning, however all seemed well when we were in person with Brian Shangle. When we did financing an optional $300-$400 paint charge was added on and not explained. When I asked about it the finance manager said your salesman should have explained this. When I asked the salesman he said it was part of the cost of the vehicle and could not be taken off. All the paperwork clearly said optional. When we discussed this more I was told I would be given all weather mats to make it right for the inconvenience of the optional charge added on. Mats kept getting pushed out from being “on back order” for months after we purchased our vehicle. Never heard back, and I’m pretty disappointed overall with the experience.

Wonderful service from the moment I called about an advertised vehicle for sale. Eva assisted me with locating a sales rep. The reps were in a sales meeting so she called me back, as she said she would, with the name of a rep. Also, she followed up with a text to me. Freddie Cruz was our sales rep. Very positive and low pressure sales experience. Freddie is professional and was helpful in negotiating a final price with the finance rep at Withnell. Dillon James was the finance rep. Quick, knowledgeable and great at explaining the finance details. Withnell is tied in with our Credit Union network so the financing aspect was seamless. I would highly recommend Withnell to anyone who is car shopping. Great experience! Thank you Eva, Freddie and Dillon!
